anyway: changes abound this morning..time to bring more carbs/less fat to the game
og plan was to increase cals for these next 3 weeks; that ain't gonna happen, need to keep refining conditioning..so, will maintain the 2750-2850 range for now as I adjust to the macro switch, then start lowering cals gradually from there
og plan also at this point was to switch back into a more muscular-focused 4 day routine, before bringing back the 3-day rollover and hitting all muscle groups 2x weekly again for last 5 weeks..i may (or may not) switch to a 4-day split at some point during this middle three week period of my prep, but for now quite honestly I am satisfied with how things are shaking out, and enjoying the increased activity..
some biz meetings/appointments are getting in my way this next week, will have to adjust the training rotation accordingly as Wednesday will have to be a true off day with no training/late night cardio (I do not get many total rest days like this, in fact is first one in awhile)
played some tennis (~1.75hrs) with my son yesterday on an off-training day, was good times; we split our 2 sets - tho quite honestly I pulled away in second set simply due to my superior conditioning and stamina, lil dude is quite good out the gate, before he starts battling light asthma after extended sustained activity..
and speaking of my boy - taking him out to eat tonight to Ruby Tuesday's (his favorite joint), will be the first real "cheat" I've had in awhile and prolly the last tbh - and still won't be that bad, as i'll order steak & salad bar, prolly either baked potato or brown rice and broccoli on the side..afterwards tho, when we get back to my house, I may dip into some spicy buffalo wheat thins that are sitting around getting stale from lack of movement ahahaa

I do not really anticipate any further cheats, the rest of the way; simply clean carb loads periodically and bumps in the cal intake here & there when needed

l-carnitine and acetyl l-carnitine strategically placed (upon rising/before bed/intraWO)
8 weeks out today..weight upon rising steady at 195 even, yet leaner all the time..
