I got some in the outer chest area as well, worst ones actually..some on inside of thighs..then biceps (left more than right side)
I've never been a huge guy, like you see with most ppl who have stretch marks - mine actually cam from growing at a fast rate (remember I was pretty tiny guy in teens/high school, and still only weight 165-170 in college) -- but, I went from 125 or so to 155 in a very short timespan, before I leveled off and then got bigger in my 20s..have never weighed more than 215ish at any time
oh well, nothing some tanning prior to show & spray tan before won't take care of..

Martha eh? lol, ironic - I just watched the south park episode that had a spoof on her, the other day hahaa: party confetti! :lol:
I do wish these plates were a lil more manly..they are so easy to work with tho, biggest yet still lightest ones I have

altho my fats are a bit higher currently (to offset the lower carbs) they are not that high; trying to fit salmon in with some meals is still a chore, hence my small portions in combination with another meat that is not quite so high in fat..salmon will go away totally as of tomorrow, when I switch to a higher/more balanced daily carb rotation and drop fats even further into the 50-55g range

always fun, maneuvering these things, is one of the parts of prep I really do enjoy :)

The Epistane was a while ago before I was with Finaflex. It was the first thing I tried when I started using these types of products. I really blew up on it but my diet was not tight back then. Still I need to do something DHT based for hardening, really seems to work for me. It's not really an issue for you.

Yah I wouldn't know the difference back then. I just don't bulk anymore because they way I get when I do. I always have to lean towards recomp. I am getting better now though I don't mind the eating I am doing right now at all. I just have to get more creative in order to avoid boredom. I run into trouble sometimes cuz I get a lilttle panicy when things aren't just so due to the ADD I get compulsive to manage and stay focused. That can be good and bad.

Another big problem I have with creativity stems from the fact I have carry my first 4 meals to work with me. I have to be organized and everything has to be made and ready so it's easier just to cook in bulk.

One thing that is helping me, as far as creativity goes, is swapping out fats. I'm not consuming a whole lot of carbs so the option there is limited. But, let's say today I'm gonna have 8oz 93/7 lean beef, 3 egg whites and 1 whole egg and a grapefruit for breakfast. If that's not what I want tomorrow, I can swap for 99% ground turkey and four whole eggs, or 99% ground turkey, two egg whites, two whole eggs and two slices of pepper jack cheese. It helps and takes the monotony out of the picture. Just an example.
 
Looking shredded on the front delts McSnaggy! Calves looking beasty liking the veinage! Looking at them, I think I am going to start working calves again it is about that time. I have to be careful not to hit them too much or they can take away from my leg symmetry.
 
@ iparatroop - purrrfekt :) I am always switching things in & out, def helps keep things fresh - almost like you are not even dieting
(but I do not eat a whole lot differently when not in prep either, so i'm used to it)

@ kleen - thank you sir! and yeah, you gotta watch that overdevelopment issue there I am sure..natural calf structure you got is unreal
I carry decent calves yr-round, hit them regularly but nothing focused per se -- but of course everything on me now has to step up and be polished for this show

I could care less what anyone calls it; I know how I want to eat to make me feel the way I want to feel, to make me look the way I want to look -- to accomplish results if I am after a certain action in my bodycomp, or to push the metabolic response when I need to..
call it anality for all I care lol, I just say "diet" cuz it's easy..lifestyle would be better choice I s'pose

anyway: changes abound this morning..time to bring more carbs/less fat to the game
og plan was to increase cals for these next 3 weeks; that ain't gonna happen, need to keep refining conditioning..so, will maintain the 2750-2850 range for now as I adjust to the macro switch, then start lowering cals gradually from there

og plan also at this point was to switch back into a more muscular-focused 4 day routine, before bringing back the 3-day rollover and hitting all muscle groups 2x weekly again for last 5 weeks..i may (or may not) switch to a 4-day split at some point during this middle three week period of my prep, but for now quite honestly I am satisfied with how things are shaking out, and enjoying the increased activity..
some biz meetings/appointments are getting in my way this next week, will have to adjust the training rotation accordingly as Wednesday will have to be a true off day with no training/late night cardio (I do not get many total rest days like this, in fact is first one in awhile)

played some tennis (~1.75hrs) with my son yesterday on an off-training day, was good times; we split our 2 sets - tho quite honestly I pulled away in second set simply due to my superior conditioning and stamina, lil dude is quite good out the gate, before he starts battling light asthma after extended sustained activity..

and speaking of my boy - taking him out to eat tonight to Ruby Tuesday's (his favorite joint), will be the first real "cheat" I've had in awhile and prolly the last tbh - and still won't be that bad, as i'll order steak & salad bar, prolly either baked potato or brown rice and broccoli on the side..afterwards tho, when we get back to my house, I may dip into some spicy buffalo wheat thins that are sitting around getting stale from lack of movement ahahaa :p
I do not really anticipate any further cheats, the rest of the way; simply clean carb loads periodically and bumps in the cal intake here & there when needed

the 1-Andro/550XD/EpiV combo has begun:

split over 2 meals ~12hrs apart..this will remain for next 3 weeks

1 PX 500 + 1 PX Black, 2x daily (upon rising/~6-8hrs later, 30min prior to meal)
BCAA+SAA, one scoop at strategic times ie upon rising/preWO mix/intraWO/postWO and before bed
CreaTrona 4g daily
ALC+CLA 9 caps split over 3 meals

Active Multi vitamin with breakfast (4 caps)

l-carnitine and acetyl l-carnitine strategically placed (upon rising/before bed/intraWO)

8 weeks out today..weight upon rising steady at 195 even, yet leaner all the time..

Looks like a solid plan and I like that you aren't bumping cals just after dropping a stronger anabolic. If you get ahead of the game with conditioning you can contemplate that a little later.

helps when it's a shorter prep to begin with tho..13 weeks total I believe? ~12 is usually the timeframe I like to keep it
longest prep I ever did in my life was last yr - 16 weeks..and, I stumbled in the middle of that one
shorter durations allow me to mentally carry high sustained effort and push me to work harder thruout, as I have much to do in shorter mount of time
 
Well I think if this one is dialed in you may just come home with a pro card! You look so much bigger than I have seen you look before at this condition, it is pretty amazing stuff!
 
Snags has my vote...looks amazing, and things will only get better. Go get that pro card, you deserve it....

I don't know how much size i'll hold, to reach the conditioning level I need to..that's the only reason I am happy to see myself still in the 195 range tho - it means i'm doing well holding muscle, as long as I can continue lean out appropriately and still be in that neighborhood..other than that, I could care less what my weight ends up at; in any even, I know I will be light heavy anyway as cut-off is like 176 or something like that (no way i'll be that light even at 3% bf)

I ask because I have a good idea on what you're doing as far as dieting. Also, I've seen what you can do for others, in terms of diet manipulation. Just trying to get an idea of how much more you have to lose (I know it's not much because you're already lean as hell).

yeah my cam sux, big difference between outdoor & indoor pics, and even outdoors it still does not do me justice
if I had to guess, I see myself ending up between 185-190 (again I do not care)..I am pretty lean, but there are concerns in some spots specifically my ass - I got a fat behind, and to get shredded glutes ima have to be every bit of 3% on total bf; that area will be the biggest challenge for me, no doubt
 
That would still be money at 3% and 185 my friend, 190 and 3% will be pure FREAK status on your frame!

my son has recently been turned on to the imitation crab meat, and wanted me to pick some up for him..what he dint eat over the w/e, i'm finishing off :D
stuff is fat-free, 14g carbs and 6g protein per two pieces..wth

next up for me: some lobster meat incorporated into my feedings, mmmmmmmmm :woohoo:

real crab can come in a plastic tin; that stuff is good but very potent in taste, a lil bit goes a long way

needless to say, rest day was planned for this, and nutrition was packed accordingly (while everyone else in the room was provided with pizza/breadsticks/donuts/pastries and all that kind of nonsense - I was eating lean beef, veggies, salad and shakes)

ain't nobody got time for crap food :nono:
 
incorporating some changes to the training for the next 3 1/2 to 4 weeks (and just when i'm in a groove with the current format)..
ah well, change is good, keeps me on my toes; will bring back the 3-day split again soon enuff

protocol will now be rolling schematic:
chest/biceps
back/abs
quads/hams/calves
shoulders/tricep/abs
day off; repeat

still will hit late-night cardio where I see fit, and may throw in additional ab work with one of these cardio sessions weekly, we'll see

awoke this morning with weight skewed all to hell; gained 3lbs o/n for no particular reason :think:
not worried about it, but am holding a tad bit of water, surely
