obviously we cannot advise consumers to go to the lengths some of us more experienced guys/reps will play with, but for sure, very effective

One to remember..never tried the mbol. Would probably use 1-andro or 1-alpha as base, solo these are great., think I'm never going to cycle without them anymore.

I would never just go out and advise someone to run a methylated product, just to run it..should be a purpose it serves
the beauty with our product is, while it may be a lil slower to realize the results, it is not nearly as harsh potential on the body; you can run ours safely, for a longer time; and the gains are mostly permanent new muscle, very easy to hold, and recover/rebound from

1-Andro and 1-Alpha, total win

The finaflex 1-dheas don't give me lethargy the way FRL's 1-dhea product did (which was surprisingly awful), even at 6 caps/day. I actually think I hit 8 caps/day at the end of methylstenbolone, but can't remember for sure. Either way, other than acne there wasn't really any sides attributed to the 1-alpha usage. And while it was run as the bridge with 4dhea between 3wks of cyanostane & 3 of msten, strength actually continued to climb, not just maintain - 1-alpha did much more for me than I expected it to!

But like all compounds (besides test or base compounds), I'd always consider cycling it out for something else before you use it again to see actual gains from the usage - otherwise the receptors just get used to it. I will definitely use 1-alpha/andro again, but I've used it 2 cycles in a row now & my receptors need to see something different.

okay..killer leg day today, if pretty basic in format

7min light cardio warm
heels raised BB atg squats
GHRs
one-legged extension ss w/ one-legged curls
standing BB calf raises, toes raised on plates, hold at the top
7min light cooldown

flew thru this one relatively quickly, effort was profuse in ~40min (minus the warm/cooldowns)

last night, hit up the late-night cardio once again - only, with a wrinkle this time
passed on doing my ab roller in earlier chest/shoulder session so got that in prior to 30min LISS..
really liked this a lot! may become my preferred format, we'll see

couple sneakiest of sneak peeks as I wind down the update pics for awhile; gonna go into hiding a bit
may toss up full-body pic this w/e (8 week out mark) but ima be quiet and just focus on what I need to do for awhile now

both these pics from today; again it was leg day but I thought i'd show the current conditioning of the front delts a bit..
legs are REALLY coming in nicely - bout time! was starting to get worried (kidding lol)
veinage continues to increase daily it seems..the wheels are really gonna shine, prolly biggest changes you will see from me will be here now
 
mmmmm picked up some tilapia for the next few days, along with some chicken breast i'm marinating in a no-cal spicy sauce right now..
grilled some fish (8oz) and added in 4oz ground turkey with some greens as the countdown is on to carb meal tonight :food:

actually, I'll really be making up my version of egg rolls:
fried egg whites wrapped around a filling of crab (real crab) and some crab spinach dip (dip not real crab lol)

was delicious gentlemen! turned into egg wraps rather than rolls, as I only used 4 egg whites and it was only enough to make two separate wraps..but I wanted to limit myself to 2 TBS of this crab mixture, so dint need more eggs

rest of breakfast was:
5oz 96% lean beef
1/2c grape nuts
1/2c almond milk
1/3c blueberries

only 550cals! so the "cheat" really dint affect totals at all - my kinda cheat

another same ol carb meal last night; i'm on a 3-day rotation on these, haven't seen the need to spread the carb-up farther apart
sometimes I eat the sweet potato skins, sometimes I don't - last night I did, as too much meat was hanging on them and I dint feel like scraping it off; hence, the smaller looking potato size here on plate

you shouldn't have been eating fibrous veggies at the end..last few days you eliminate them, because they hold water
anyway, I have never counted my veggies in my totals, have made this clear in many threads many different times
some ppl do, I don't, mainly because it's mostly broccoli and romaine salad

Not at the very end true. Cllose to the end when I did that blitiz... worked out though. Doesn't matter as long as we're consistant with what we do.

yeah when you were on the 2x weekly last-meal carb-up, that is fine to do, no issues
(tho me personally, I still do not count greens in my totals!)
as you say, does not matter so long as you are using the same calculations in totals ALL the time, when you guide yourself

I eat one with last solid food feeding every single night, like clockwork..
(except when i'm carb backloading, then it comes the meal before last)
actually is my fav part of that meal :)

to answer your question, quick summary (I know thread is a small novel now):
training is a 3-day split/rest day/rollover to same split with different exercises and rep ranges/rest day/repeat
split is chest/shoulders/abs, legs, then back/bi/tri/abs
abs are done on the 1/3 days of split, both sides of the rollover
cardio is separate session at night ~1am, usually 30min liss (follow w/ our BCAA+SAA no food, go to bed)..these sessions also done on the 1/3 days of the split, both sides of rollover (ie every other day is how it works out)

anabolics are 1-Alpha + mechabol (ending mechabol today however, dosed 125mg last 3 days)..
now will become 1-Andro/550XD/EpiV (all FINAFLEX product no methyls) for next 3 weeks
at 5 weeks out, I bring in the androgenic/anabolic guns for the approach: trendione hi-dose (150mg) + epistane (50mg) + 1-Alpha

what say you?

I say that looks like a solid plan regarding anabolic cycling.

I would just concern yourself with conditioning is numero uno priority.

In fact, I would not even step on scale or measure anything body part wise. Its not about numbers (as you know)

You placing well will be determined by crazy condition. The anabolics will hold the fullness etc...

Based on my experience with epistane & 1-alpha, & what I've read on the tvar, I don't think you could go wrong for a tight, full look with strong pumps/vascularity (and great maintenance of strength during last wks of training as diet gets harsher).

I know you're not asking this noob :icon16: Just sharing my thoughts on what a well-paired combo this seems to be for your purposes. Gosh epi gets good after wk 4, & ppl seem to say the same thing about the pro-trenbolone. Very excited for the roadmaps you're gonna reveal come day of comp! :hail:

I appreciate the feedback Hyde, for sure..i'm getting into some things I've never done before here (ran epi 1x, years ago, but only at like 30mg iirc)..but I've been researching this combo for awhile now, and know of others personally/seen their results when incorporating them, so i'm fairly confident this is gonna be the ticket

BTW - how did I know that YOU would be the one who would first notice my up-till-now secret final approach? LOLOL
kinda dropped that one in there outta the blue dint I? :D
 
I'm (perhaps scarily or sadly) extremely interested in steroidology, if you will....I should probably be more interested in training methods or diet (and I am, more so now than ever, easily!), but something about all the experimentation/results fascinates me :crackhead:

The Epistane tren combo for me was good size but for some reason pretty wet for me which is not the norm I know. Now that was more bulking if I remember correctly.
