thought i'd lose couple lbs off the top - kinda changed the game plan and kept cals up tho, just played with macros a bit instead
I want to hold every bit that I can - if I can do that while continuing to get leaner, all is well
+400 on the cal load yesterday to compensate for activity..dropped ever so slightly to 201.3 upon rising
took pic in mirror upon rising, abs just look ridiculous in comparison to yesterday
I can present quite a few different looks depending on lighting/which mirror i'm using/and accruing daily changes

I've noticed after my low Carb days I look incredibly flat and smooth.
Then after two days of carbs I fill out, dry out, and vascularity goes thru the roof!! The difference between those three days is crazy
