Snag gets FINAFLEXed on Road to Nationals

Since I am uneducated on contest prep... you just keep adding cycles on cycles? What do you just do 1 huge PCT at the end or something? Haha, totally in the dark. Help me out here!

lol nahh man - no pct during prep :D
one big cycle, ~12 weeks in duration, just flipping compounds around/swapping
pct comes at end
keep following, it will be laid out in general form :)

12 sounds so long, til you realize that's the average injectable cycle length for the most part & it's not like it's 12 weeks of methyls....or even a kickstart & then 4-6wks at the end, just 6 or so at the end. Seems pretty sane to me, especially at such a moderate dosing.

You're just cruising on 1dhea & derma for a base as opposed test. Legal, safer, & simpler IMHO. Just thinking out loud here lol

Yum yum... Here is my food post workout meal snap Steve.

1 lb chicken breast
2.5. Cup broccoli
1 paddle organic pumpkin ONLY soup.
1oz mixed Nuts

1 cup mixed berries(not in pic)
 
I had some pumpkin and apple soup the other day, don't know if it was organic but sure tasted good...
 
steaks (picked up some unbelievable T-bones, and they are not even my preference), more salmon and more chicken breast last night, along with basmati and green peppers - some 1000cals for dinner made up a portion of my 5k cal hi-carb day (all clean cals)..was time for a re-feed, was due, looking pretty depleted..weird thing is: awoke today .2lbs lighter than SUN morn :think:

this followed an INSANE workout (chest/shoulders/ab WOD) earlier where I sweated so much and burned more cals than most would in a lengthy cardio session..the highlight (tuff to pick just one) was my reverse-pyramid format on flat DB flyes and especially same format on the standing laterals ss w/ bent-laterals for 6 sets, where I started fairly heavy for 8 reps and increased by 2 reps while dropping DBs 5lbs each round - all with ~30sec between the supersets
it was an extremely challenging endeavor, very much a mental struggle to get thru, but after completed.......feelsgoodman

Yep just like I said, I did 14 on Saturday and badda boom abs just start popping. Hey gotta remember to bring my wheel to contest or do them before I leave in the morning.
 
pic makes me look fat :( lower belly fat always last to go on me, everythinig else looking pretty damn decent..i think this extra will be mostly all gone tho in very short order, couple weeks should do it

I cannot stress enuff how tickled I am that I have found something to help the front ab wall match my oblique development..
was always a point of critical eye, lends to unbalanced look
to stand on stage of this magnitude, all of my weaknesses are going to need to be corrected and on point - this was one of them
no more! :)
 
Not really seeing how the pic makes you look fat but I guess from the competitor's eye, the view is different. We've seen you cut before, I doubt that you're gonna have any issues getting down to where you need to be in a short amount of time.

should look show ready to everyone by ~6 weeks out (at latest), is my guess..in purrrfekt fat-loss mode right now ;)
but I won't be - at that point, believe or not, I will still gain muscle rest of way - potentially quite a bit, as I will be primed for growth with absolutely no adipose gain whatsoever..gonna be fun times

keep an eye on my sternum - you can see it is noticeably leaner than last week, and this is where everything begins for me in midsection area, when I start to really shred it up..i have this little spot (you can see it just to the left of center), looks like a bullet lodged under my skin, and it gets increasingly notable the leaner we go
(I think the Russian doctors implanted some kind of device in me at birth or something) :p

That's a good call man.
Stay big for as long as possible while slowly leaning out. At such a big stage you'll need all the size you can get
 
I find that WOD is pretty strong for oblique development as well there is notthing that doesn't get hammered in the whole core with this exercise and like I said it does not take more than a few minutes a week. It's a tough 3 minutes I will admit.
 
+400 on the cal load yesterday to compensate for activity..dropped ever so slightly to 201.3 upon rising
took pic in mirror upon rising, abs just look ridiculous in comparison to yesterday
I can present quite a few different looks depending on lighting/which mirror i'm using/and accruing daily changes

Yeah buddy!

I've noticed after my low Carb days I look incredibly flat and smooth.
Then after two days of carbs I fill out, dry out, and vascularity goes thru the roof!! The difference between those three days is crazy

cals were up, carbs were lowered (nothing ridiculous, ~180 but low for activity) and I look a bit flat and deflated here..

arms/back/abs up today, some higher carbs (but lowered cals) in da mix..
should fill out just fine :D
 
Ridiculous abs are good ...what is your frequency with WOD ? If I try to do it any more than twice a week I tend to cramp up.

If you say " standing" I'll have even more respect for you. WOD on my knees is killer but I'm up to two sets of 15 every 3rd day.
 
Abs are coming along nicely, good to see you found something that is working for you I know you have had trouble with getting the 3D abs seems that the full extension is doing the trick.

hard to believe today marks ~the one month period of being back training, after being down ~a month recovering from hemorrhoid surgery..
i am very pleased with where I am today, and feel very confident I am on pace to work my plan to a T :arms:
alpha confident, you might say
 
mixing and matching for a 525cal meal here..split is roughly 40/40/20% for those counting such
the protein is big blend, 1 scoop..also had couple slices green pepper - was a green meal
2 more meals left, total of 7 this day..carbs are on the downside slope for day, tho I do get a sweet potato next meal
total 350 this day
