What methylated compound(s) are you considering for the 6-8wk finisher
probably mechabol..pickings are getting slimmer all the time
what are your thoughts on dietary cholesterol and its impact (or lack thereof) on lipid levels? Mainly looking at your use of egg whites here at times, with whole eggs elsewhere. I almost always use whole, unless I'm super counting calories & trying to shave wherever possible.
unless you have preX medical condition that precludes such - cholesterol, FTW!
you miss the point of my maneuvering: I simply need to sacrifice some things to get all my allotted and different fats in the mix (huge fan of red meat if you didn't notice)..natty PB/almond butter/evoo/evco/even some heavy whipping cream sparingly to name a few - and that doesn't even get to my omega3s (which I don't even count at this stage of the game)..

5x15/12/10/10/8 atg BB squats, heels raised
5x15/12/10/10/8 BB RDLs
4x15/12/12 1-legged extensions ss w/
4x15/12/12 1-legged curls
5x20-->15 standing BB calf raises, heels alternated 3 positions
light warm-up & cooldowns

tennis on for tomorrow - we may have rain, if so then we're moving it inside :(

Hey brother your XL should fit me just dandy, sittin at about 201 @ 5'10'' right now but not as muscular as you...so should be able to rock it perfect ;)

Just had 7 wks of 1-andro thru me plus a bunch of pure test & revo afterward, so I think I could sport it in good faith. Heck, I'm still on the Revolution :head:

Looking good Snags, really cleaned up nicely! Your back is so lean, leaner than your front even. I guess we all have our gifts, my legs rip up first your back tends to rip up lightning fast and it is the last to go for me.

yeah - kinda went different approach to get the quick size boost, ala similar to what you have been doing..was losing a lil too fast, wanna pace myself properly, just a little correction, and will only help the metabolism long-term
i hate waterweight tho - was miserable for a minute lol..leveling back in ~202-203 for now

and indeed it is interesting how individual we are in where we lose fat first, totally agree with you on my back vs front, as well as you & your legs, wheels are ridiculous for you! (and again one of the last to come in for me)

they are popping already - that front shot is a relaxed ab pose, lifting my lats by pushing up rib cage..
you cannot do that pose and flex down on abs at same time
veins tho - i need to get leaner than that for them to start showing all over

Got it. I figured as much about the front pose. I wasn't trying to say they weren't popping already ;) Arms are looking vascular as hell though!
 
Arms always look vascular as hell before everything....not to take anything away snags! Idk why you feel you need so much more arm work in proportion to other parts. I think they're looking like cannons from the pics you've posted man.

Yeah man you're looking solid, how far out are you?

I agree with focusing on your legs.
Not saying yours are small, they look good, but everyone can always use bigger legs, especially on a big stage.
 
Steve all you need to do is get shredded your proportion is spot on. That's how I see it anyhow.

It fuggin works and you will be able to pick it up fast as you are not as tall as me and have a very strong core with good overall conditioning. It's a big time saver too. I do 1 set twice a week to failure. 3 minutes a week tops.

legs were one time my weak point..worked hard and made them my strong point for awhile, until injuries kicked me back down the slide past few yrs (calf tear/meniscus issues/Achilles fraying)..
was on way to getting them back in decent shape when the hems hit :rant:

Yep des so much damage in a short time that large volume work is not needed.

was interesting..dint really feel too hard, 3x20, but abs were popping nicely after - actually led off session with these to assess..i think they will certainly be a valuable addition to the fray

really? that surprises me..maybe i'm not doing them right - hell I can even do them from standing position
(that one IS a lil tougher tho)
feel it in my lats a lot tho as I keep them tight and focus on the ab region
 
These were tufff for me when I fiirst started them. Now they don't really do much. Weighted ab training here on out.
 
Nice vascularity in general. Those ab wheels were my nightmare back in the day, maybe I should pull it back out and dust it off. Would be interesting.

I have pretty much indestructible shoulders, srs..
strength and flexibility are on point here..pressing movements in general I hold my own on

I rarely do shoulders/chest same day - it is simply my set competition routine for now, because everything flows so well of the set-up for me

as for upper back work between presses, have before sure, when I get into ss'ing and giant-setting..may even pull off some doubles..i change things up quite frequently, but not quite so much during prep - what's worked before i'll use again
