unless you have preX medical condition that precludes such - cholesterol, FTW!what are your thoughts on dietary cholesterol and its impact (or lack thereof) on lipid levels? Mainly looking at your use of egg whites here at times, with whole eggs elsewhere. I almost always use whole, unless I'm super counting calories & trying to shave wherever possible.
you miss the point of my maneuvering: I simply need to sacrifice some things to get all my allotted and different fats in the mix (huge fan of red meat if you didn't notice)..natty PB/almond butter/evoo/evco/even some heavy whipping cream sparingly to name a few - and that doesn't even get to my omega3s (which I don't even count at this stage of the game)..
