future references, you may want to bolden your response if talking within a quote, makes it easier to see
but anyway, yes i'm from russia, been here in US most my life tho, since childhood..even here tho, i was raised by my grandmother, who was actually from Yugoslavia (the country that is now renamed) - brilliant woman, spoke 7 different languages fluently (inc russian & chinese)..she always spoke to me in russian, so english was not the first language i learned
even today, i tend to "think" sometimes in russian
glad you find my random rants interesting, thx :)

MAX PUMP is going to have an impact on the industry i believe..very interesting science

i don't use a phone to post, so no clue if there is shorter way..seems to me you could still use the "B" function at the top of the reply box, after hilighting text you wish to bolden?
barring that, the old-fashioned way: you would use B within the [] symbols to start your boldened, and when you wish to finish would be /B within the [] symbols again

well..it wasn't quite what i set out to make, but OMG, this was absolutely delish

1/3c black beans

not pictured: obligatory salad

cal goal ~3500 today, so i simply eliminated one of my feedings, altered a few others

cal goal tomorrow: 3k, on an off day

(still eating this majority of time fro breakfast, prolly 5x weekly)



soo..since i obviously preach importance of diet (not only preach it, but practice it daily), thought maybe it was time to show my rough construct of daily eating..not often do i show a "protocol" anymore - simply because i tweak things quite often (intentionally), just as i do my training etc
i don't want to get caught up in a "well you said you do this, and now you're doing that" type of wasteful conversation

but for now, on my 4000cal diet, generally speaking..something like this:

meal #1: breakfast, comes in ~650-750cals
pre/postWO nutrition (shake): 700-900cals
meal #2: postWO meal, ~450cals
meal #3: 475-550cals
meal #4: 350-425cals
meal #5: 550-700cals
meal #6: most always a shake, ~350-550cals

so you can see, there is built in play, and easy maneuverability
on nonworkout days, of course the pre/post shake goes away..i may (or may not) add cals in at other feedings to partially make up for the missing cals, generally it is a simple matter to just eliminate the cals altogether, as they are not needed in a non-energy expending day..also, since some of these cals surrounding workout are simple (ie dextrose) or simple-compound (ie brown rice syrup), i don't need to consume them if not training

this has been my basic working platform for much of this log..today, i begin the dive into lower cals for a couple days (part of my plan as well), so again simple elimination of the nonpreferred cal sources (ie shakes surrounding training) can easily be eliminated -- whether i am training or not

Yeah you pile that shyt on (red meat). Good plan as mine looks similar except for hitting ~2800-3300 instead.

to clarify one small item tho: when i say i have "long" held the belief - i am speaking in terms of about as long as you have been alive, young grasshopper :D

nothing really new to add, effects still going strong..only thing to add is today, taking upon empty stomach @rising, no stomach effects - however, did get a splitting headache not long afterwards, and it remains in force currently (getting ready to take some advil right now)
this is a first, and obviously not even sure if related to supp at all, simply offering an observation

MAX PUMP update:
so no killer headache today, was a slight one tho..also yesterday, later on, i got some itchyness going on, and skin flushing around neck/shoulder region..was not first i have noticed this, but by far the most profuse (which is why i hadn't said anything previously, as this phenomenon was pretty minute and limited in occurrence, and i wanted to be sure before i attributed to MP)
as for workout today tho: oh let's just make it simple and say: straight 5's across the board
nuff said ;)

MAX PUMP today - simply exquisite
endurance was simply off the freakin chain, strength at new levels..went up to 375x6 for ATG squats
now, i am not a strongman, don't pretend to be, but let me explain that i do not use wraps/suit/belt or any such thing, i'm all raw all the time (well except for gloves, gotta keep my hands pretty, no calluses pleez)..but this effort today was just on, felt like i could squat my damn house
YEAHH!! :head:
