it's been a long, winding circuitous road to get here, but i'm not far off from where i started

weight almost identical, altho i am definitely leaner & tighter

the goal has been to stay same weight but just get leaner & harder, so..
in that sense, mission accomplished - just seems like the ~3mo it's been has been forever
i don't keep track of bf% until i get real lean, but weight difference between the two? .2 lbs

PX Black in the mix, haven't talked about that since i started MAX PUMP review..
still enjoying this one immensely, nothing has changed as far as effects/tolerance
really a feel good product, and effective; no jitters or crashes..smooth

speaking of feel good - ohh my
MAX PUMP really saturating in today, i feel totally animalistic, like a tightly wound ball of muscular energy
started to really increase yesterday (off day from weights), really good incremetnal increase again today

chest/shoulders this day:
Vascularity/Pump (1-5)
pump was really righteous..i repeat myself, is all i can really say; pumps so good it hurts on some higher rep/slower tempo exercises i am doing (all good tho of course)..vascularity apparent everywhere, just not profuse & garden-hose like
<5>

Muscle Endurance/Stamina (1-5)
handled the combo bodypart just swell, chest first then shoulders..still enuf gas in tank to maul delts, easily
<4.5>

Muscle Strength (1-5)
again - same as above, strength was just fine thruout session..still not going for strength per se
<4.5>

Overall Physical Performance (1-5)
in a word: awesome
<5>

better experience, each & every day

why?
fats are moderately high, plenty of carbs this meal..why would you need excess protein? ~45g there as is
675cals as one of 7 meals this day, 4k cals total..
my daily protein intake is min 300g daily, sometimes go up to 400

you a critic? come at me bro :hitwithrock:

Nah nothing like that, just choppin it up, I usually have at least 90+ grams of protein for dinner and just can't imagine having like half that...

Nah nothing like that, just choppin it up, I usually have at least 90+ grams of protein for dinner and just can't imagine having like half that...
only time i ever approach that amount at one time is when i'm eating a 16oz steak or something -- is rare (both figuratively and literally) ;)
otherwise, majority of time i'm in 40-50g range, unless carbs/fats are both moderately lower, then i might get 60-65g in (shake is good example, if i'm ~less than 15g f & 20g c)
if i'm eating bigger carbs, i usually drop protein amount..no need to have both high (carbs are protein-sparing, protein is also carb-sparing)

and again - i prefer to monitor size of my feedings, as i believe it to be preferential for controlling insulin/glucose levels

Talk about good pics. I need to eat cleaner like you do !
love eating clean my man, it's fun :)

interesting thing tho - my fiber levels have always typically lagged a bit, comparatively speaking..
been supplementing with 10g addtl fiber lately (psyllium husk) - have noticed some nice improvements in various aspects

Good stuff, meal looks great. Next week begins a cut / recomp effort for me. Instead of just trying to cut since I will be adding in 1-Alpha and 550-XD every day. I will work on that picture but with the words too small will make it unreadable.

okay - let's get involved here
the intent today was quads/hams/calves (last time before i begin to split up quad/ham work and distribute different bodypart combos)
in a word: this was failure. literally.
started out with single-leg extensions to warm up, before advancing to double-leg traditional (this after 7min light cardio)..
had a pump already after my freakin warm-up..moved to ATG squats (3 sets) before going to DB lunges (2 sets, was getting triple-pumped by now)..then i moved to DB jump squats
O..M..G.. was a struggle to get my reps on first set, too damn pumped (almost fell over after rep #8, struggled to 12)
during short rest, knew there was no way i was gonna make it thru this session as planned
so, gutted out another 2 sets jump squats, ran calves (splitting pump here) and called it a day
not a big deal, as i will just run ham work & isolations with a back session in a few days, but still felt a little frustration as i just couldn't complete the day i had planned :shrug:
with that in mind, rating is..
<3.5> pump interfering with training, not a good thing :p

saturation continues on daily level, is really crazy
also - for first time, i experienced a little of the stomach upset others have mentioned
was mild, and passed quickly, but now i can get a sense of what this feedback is
did not do anything different this day than i had been doing all along either

Looks good brosef! I ate two cups of beans last night a couple hours before bed hoping the fiber would help clean me out, i.e. BM, so I could have a good weigh in this morning. Totally worked... LOL

Food looks good a huge staple in my diet when taking in carbs is beans, kidney, pinto, & black beans end up being a pretty good amount of the carb intake. Always helps with insulin control and great source of fiber.

once again - this meal before dinner is my smallest calorically, and leanest, and also one with least carbs
is meant to be lean, moderately hi-protein feeding

Remember going camping when I was little and my dad used to roast them over open fire. Who needs cake and candy when you have sweet potatoes !

interesting, and something i definitely feel the creators are going to want to know about
as for effects tho - man they just keep getting better! endurance is shining, recovery awesome, and all-day-pump is sexy..
