weight dipped just under 200 again upon rising this morning (199.8), training coming back into full play, meal plans really no different just eating less, cals ~3300-3500 on training days and ~2800-3000 on non-training days..soon will be taking those #s down again
change is good!I'll be burning it for another 9 weeks so I imagine I will need a break after that. When I switch routines I will start back at lower weight which might give me some reprieve. What am I talking about it will still be brutal![]()

all right so some supp updates..
back on Max Pump, just 4 caps currently before i try advanced dosing
i am uncapping these and mixing with my Ignite2 and BCAA+SAA, ~30min preWO
550 + epi, dosing each 4 daily at 2 breakfast/2 dinner, 12hrs apart
i may bump this dosage up before i am done here....
PXB and ALC+CLA stack still, gonna bump up to 3 caps daily PXB for the final 3-4 weeks
also gonna run 9 caps of the ALC+CLA @3/3/3
