G8 for sleep (1 scoop before bed, 5on/2off rotation)

of course the basic essentials like fish oil/multivitamin/extra D3

rarely lol, and usually Ezekiel when i do
but i like a good 15-grain bread too every once in awhile

weight dipped just under 200 again upon rising this morning (199.8), training coming back into full play, meal plans really no different just eating less, cals ~3300-3500 on training days and ~2800-3000 on non-training days..soon will be taking those #s down again

man i'm feelin really good this morning following a low-carb day yesterday..how bout that
arm workout was felony-level brutality, and tho arms are my least fav bodypart to train, it was a ridiculously intense time yesterday..tris were blown up proportionately too not just bis..and some quick-set abs had me some razor definition popping for a minute
i think the rest i took over the past couple weeks did me pretty righteous..just a couple days back so far i know, but sessions have been extremely nice & crisp, and powerful

I'll be burning it for another 9 weeks so I imagine I will need a break after that. When I switch routines I will start back at lower weight which might give me some reprieve. What am I talking about it will still be brutal :)

but yes, i am with you: the meaning of the world "relative" applies here, as my "average" maintenance training is pretty intense & heavy by a lot of ppl's standards :D

if you keep a thread open long enuff, you'll soon start typing the same things..even having the same exact days (when you are as scheduled and repetitive as i am, i spose odds of this happening actually do increase)..
but - yes: hate arms (will say that repeatedly)..hate taking time off (but it always seems to do me very righteously)..and things just generally are getting elevated as we go..it's like a neverending song, repeat the chorus line....

let me just say in this quick flash update: cutting season been so good to me, in the early going :yup:
startling changes as i tweaked and played with some macros, concurrent with my training regime
weight ~198ish upon rising (that slide should stop/slow now as well)
no pics (i'm hiding again) :wall:
but fantastic start if i can just sustain....

Let's be honest Snags you are not getting stricter just more restrictive. You remain "Soup Nazi" strict about your food regardless of intended caloric or macro intake.

i noticed you were on a mission to keep fats in check..why is that? new thing for you isn't it?
still playing with my rotations, but i actually have a 4-split going on current, low day is 80g carbs (off training) and high day is 300 (but this day only drops in every other time thru)..i'm narrowing things down before i enter my own bastardized variation of long-term keto with 2x weekly carb meals

in other news: so i finally made it to the store (yey!)..did not like missing my broccoli last couple days, among other things
couple hundred $ lighter in the wallet now, but oh well how can you better spend money than quality food stuffs?
stopped by my dude's sports shop to pick up some things, he blew out a Giant Sports protein powder to me..good thing it was cheap, cuz i am not a fan, at all..texture is horrendous, thought the profile looked decent tho so i took a shot
i won't say i've had every protein powder in existence thru the yrs, but i've had my fair share certainly - never had tried the Giant blend tho..blah

there is a certain texture - heavy, requires a lot of water and yet is still heavy - that i just don't care for
and then the stuff sticks to my shaker too :sigh:
i like a lighter texture - may be because i drink a lot of isolate, but don't think that's it because i do blends as well
not trying to put the beatdown on another product here man, and i prolly shouldn't have said anything really..just kinda surprised me because i know a lot of guys who use it, like you they groove on it too

anyway, moving on: was going to announce this tomorrow but since i am here, wth

X2^ my favorite indoor cardio that can be done alone ( I prefer basketball if possible ). Drives my wife nut when I do it in the basement though she says it shakes the whole house.

salivating for some tennis tho..every spring, it's always fun to venture out on the courts that first time, wondering if i still have it after a long winter rest..odds are strong in my favor this spring, feeling pretty decent, but you never know till you get out there and start moving around
 
I'm excited to see you start the epi-v. Ever since the sprinting has started I'm noticing a lot of bf drop quickly. Good luck with those sprints. I have some excellent sprinting routines if you would like to try something new.

i am uncapping these and mixing with my Ignite2 and BCAA+SAA, ~30min preWO
550 + epi, dosing each 4 daily at 2 breakfast/2 dinner, 12hrs apart
i may bump this dosage up before i am done here....
PXB and ALC+CLA stack still, gonna bump up to 3 caps daily PXB for the final 3-4 weeks
also gonna run 9 caps of the ALC+CLA @3/3/3

Steve you are going to freak on how well 550 recomps you. You won't need a calorie deficit to lean out on this shyte and you will see increased size with significant fat loss.
