pic of my smallest meal of the day (this timeslot is always smallest, before large "dinner")
usually is all meat, veggies + pineapple
haven't been to store, gotta sub some powder in for the meat

1/2c pineapple (in juice, not syrup)
200cal protein shake (syntha-6, i rarely use this stuff but it was free, doesn't taste too bad actually)
~425cals total

yup pretty much, it's like with continued saturation comes more profound and fuller effects
i also notice i am pumped hrs later - and as i train/take beta in the morning, what i say is i am still experiencing pump later at night - doing simple things like dishes and such (srs)
is crazy

i keep saying i'm done with pics for awhile..but then i keep waking up looking better and better :hammer:

speaking on the Diehard movie series (the 5th one is out right now), he says he thinks there will be more diehard flicks to come..
just goes to show - sometimes it does pay to get old

srs - feelin like a caged tiger this morning, it is just awesome
mixed feelings as i veer (slightly) off my plan to continue getting more ripped and go down a caloric excess (albeit still clean) road for a minute, but so far so good..i'll know when it's time to slim down intake/flip macros again

in the meantime, i'll just keep getting buffer and more intimidating :D

Steve you are looking great and the before and after shots really tell the tale of the tape. Obviously much leaner you look like you may have swapped 2 for 2 of lbm / fat easily a percentage or 2 leaner and no smaller at all. Well Done!

Even though I am in prep, I am basically doing the same thing. Stahing lean all year really helped me to do this. I added about 5 lbs though but I have been using 1-alpha and 550.

PX Black in the mix, haven't talked about that since i started MAX PUMP review..
still enjoying this one immensely, nothing has changed as far as effects/tolerance
really a feel good product, and effective; no jitters or crashes..smooth

speaking of feel good - ohh my
MAX PUMP really saturating in today, i feel totally animalistic, like a tightly wound ball of muscular energy
started to really increase yesterday (off day from weights), really good incremetnal increase again today

chest/shoulders this day:
Vascularity/Pump (1-5)
pump was really righteous..i repeat myself, is all i can really say; pumps so good it hurts on some higher rep/slower tempo exercises i am doing (all good tho of course)..vascularity apparent everywhere, just not profuse & garden-hose like

handled the combo bodypart just swell, chest first then shoulders..still enuf gas in tank to maul delts, easily

again - same as above, strength was just fine thruout session..still not going for strength per se

okay - let's get involved here
the intent today was quads/hams/calves (last time before i begin to split up quad/ham work and distribute different bodypart combos)
in a word: this was failure. literally.
started out with single-leg extensions to warm up, before advancing to double-leg traditional (this after 7min light cardio)..
had a pump already after my freakin warm-up..moved to ATG squats (3 sets) before going to DB lunges (2 sets, was getting triple-pumped by now)..then i moved to DB jump squats
O..M..G.. was a struggle to get my reps on first set, too damn pumped (almost fell over after rep #8, struggled to 12)
during short rest, knew there was no way i was gonna make it thru this session as planned
so, gutted out another 2 sets jump squats, ran calves (splitting pump here) and called it a day
not a big deal, as i will just run ham work & isolations with a back session in a few days, but still felt a little frustration as i just couldn't complete the day i had planned :shrug:
with that in mind, rating is..
<3.5> pump interfering with training, not a good thing :p

saturation continues on daily level, is really crazy
also - for first time, i experienced a little of the stomach upset others have mentioned
was mild, and passed quickly, but now i can get a sense of what this feedback is
did not do anything different this day than i had been doing all along either
 
slightly behind on my eating today..will be up late tho

and in MAX PUMP news: so i took this away from my preWO shake yesterday (truly empty stomach, followed ~20min later w/ shake), and got the stomach discomfort for ~5-10min again..took it today with preWO shake as usual, no issue at all
interesting, and something i definitely feel the creators are going to want to know about
as for effects tho - man they just keep getting better! endurance is shining, recovery awesome, and all-day-pump is sexy..
enlightening :)
