I knew a pastor out here who worked as a marriage counsellor and he'd tell the wives that men are a lot simpler than they think. Sex, socks (laundry), and supper was his mantra. He's like, if a man has these three things, he's probably happy.
People as a whole gravitate towards comfort. So if you’re eating well at home, you won’t have much concern for eating out.

Felt not so great going to the gym, had this train wreck of a session, got home and down with fever and chills. Our son brought home some gunk a few days ago and it decided to lay me out yesterday. Popped Benadryl and passed out hard. Feeling better today no more fever just a little gunky.

Rest up man, hope it clears soon. Get your sodium in, a little broth never hurts.

Ordered up a full mask for the cpap a few days ago, should be delivered today. God I hope so. Allergies making current one ineffective.

Idk about you guys but the pollen season this year has been long and intense. I'm not usually a bad allergy person sub 200lbs but the pollen is insane this year. My coworker calls it a tree orgy, pumping their juices into the wind all day

I’m feeling it way too early this year. It was a super dry winter for us, didn’t help anything.

Dude I love the flexibility of a full mask. I love my CPAP so much in general. I wake up feeling so much more ready for the day, I am getting up for the gym easier, getting more done easier at work because my brain is sharper & doesn’t get tired as fast.

You gotta wipe your drool out of a full mask in the morning if you mouth breathe on your side/stomach, but no biggie.

Well, they fukked me. I ordered 3 items total last Wednesday. Yesterday, 2 completely irrelevant items that I did not order showed up. Not fukking impressed and im a grumpy MFr. I might hit a rage PR Saturday at this rate. Won’t be ordering from them again I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I've grown addicted to these smaller movements like the laterals, rear delt swings etc. I feel like they're adding that extra oomph of size that makes a big difference...

35’sX20x2 sets
do you get a lot from hammers? I've been trying to sprinkle them back in again lately for variety in bicep movement but I'm always on the fence to how effective they feel for me. I think I'm one of those guys that naturally has more elongated biceps so if I want the the tennis ball bulge I gotta do some more supinated work.

More cushion for the pushin! I feel the same about it. All the little details work towards the whole.

Honestly, I predominantly do hammer variations because I don’t have the arm mobility. I did zottmans the other week and was terrified I wouldn’t be able to bench in a few days
Straight bar curls are out of my life unless light on a cable

I've been adopting the seated incline db curls at super light weight, maybe 25-30lb dbs lately and that extra stretch is hitting them real nice. sometimes if I feel myself reaching failure too early in my set I'll switch from supinated to hammer and I feel like with that extra stretch in the incline seated position they are still getting me good and sexy.
