Depends on who you talk to or what you believe. There's the potential for consuming small amounts of mercury when you eat fish. This fear is usually a selling point for flax oils or 'moleculary distilled' fish oils. Of course there's also the option of supplementing NAC which can chelate to, and help to remove, heavy metals (mercury) from your body. And too much NAC can cause kidney stones so it's also usually in your best interest to take vitamin C every day to minimize that risk.

Small price to pay for the convenience of 72 cents a can. :dance:
 
Hope your back feels better, bro! Good idea cutting the workout short. No sense in risking a more serious injury. Way to be in tune with your body.

Today I had to cut my workout short. I thought I gave myself enough time to lift, but I forgot to account for showering and whatnot afterwards.

I felt strong today on shoulders. I usually can't get that last rep out on shoulder press but this time it was no big deal. I think I can attribute this to the Anabolic Edge. Sucks that I wasn't able to complete my workout, see if I still felt strong at the end as I did in the beginning. Oh well, there's always next time.

Tomorrow is Back day, it should be fantastic. I'm a week and a half in to Anabolic Edge, my body is feeling 100%, I already have a massage scheduled for after my lift so I'm really looking forward to that. I'd best destroy my back so that I get my money's worth outta the massage.

Day 11 and Day 12
Both great days in the gym.

Highlights:

I got 6 unassisted pullups (4th set) on my back day.
Massage after my back workout was grrrreat.
I pressed the 75lb DBs 10 times on incline bench (4th set)

Diet was poo the last two days. I cheated like hell this evening, Papa John's.

Anabolic Edge has been feeling good these past two days. I've been finishing my workouts and not feeling worn out like I used to. This is pretty substantial to me considering this is only my 2nd week back to this workout routine. I think tomorrow morning will be the real test. If my chest isn't as sore as it was last chest day (3+ days of DOMS) then I will be VERY impressed with Anabolic Edge.

I'll be back on the wagon tomorrow. I just need a good cheat day every now and again. Besides, need food for recovery :)

Today was the first day doing barbell benching in a LONG time, which is apparent by the ridiculously low numbers. I suppose that I should switch between dumbbells and barbell more frequently than I have been.

I was also doing this lift that I read about on here a few months ago. You place a 10lb plate b/w 2 2.5lbers and squeeze them together as hard are you can while extending your arms forward and then bringing them back toward your chest. All while making sure that middle weight doesn't fall down. If yall know what that's called I'd really appreciate it. All I know is that it hurts so good.

I would like to add that I want my calories back down around 3000. The weight that I was gaining at 3300 went straight to my waist and it wasn't abs.
