Narrative:
Today was my last day of Anabolic Edge. Sadly my timing was completely thrown off due to scheduling conflicts. It made my last meal before training (which was already smaller since it was only 1 hour after my first meal) about 2 hours before my lift instead of 1 hour. I am not using that as an excuse, simply stating that any negative variance is due to timing being off.
So yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it. Unassisted pullups are getting easier, which is awesome. Of course, two jerks just HAD to do weighted pullups at the same time. As*holes. :icon_lol:
Tomorrow I will post my final review of Anabolic Edge as well as pictures.
