No worries! We aren't vegan by any means. We do eat a balanced approach though, meaning my wife will rotate in 1-2 vegetarian meals for dinner each week. I've added in greens powders to supplement my health, given I know I do not eat nearly as many fruits and veggies as we should. But I do not see the need to go with plant based protein powders, given I use whey. Now, I use almond milk exclusively for my shakes, but that was purely due to stomach discomfort since I used to drink a gallon of milk per week.I just don’t understand this whole vegan concept. You’ve seen jacked vegan bodybuilders because steroids work haha. And most of them didn’t build their base as vegans, just maintained it. But, either way, humans are not meant to be vegans. It’s possible in the 21st century with modern supplements and the abundance of supermarkets and niche foods we have available, but it was not what humans have historically done or have evolved to do. These things are way more expensive than I realized, but totally worth it! I've had wings at a buddy's house and you couldn't tell the difference. We eat tofu on a semi-regular basis and wow, what a difference! Udon noodle stir fry. Some food porn below since that's what seems to get log interest around here.
Had my packet of Vega all-in-one protein last night. Chocolate flavor. You could tell it's pea protein, but for a plant based protein the flavor and texture were pretty good. Had omegas, greens, and probiotics included. Mixed it up in almond milk.
Also ended up skipping my workout on Friday since I came down with a cold. Knocked me out for a few hours. On the way back to recovering, but ended up helping my sister move today. Two man job to a second floor apt. Counting that as my workout!View attachment 179565

Thanks man. I'd love to work more on my outer quad sweep to really give them some more shape. Like I said, I really miss having access to a leg press. Well, this bulk will officially come to an end this weekend. I'll be as couple of pounds shy of my goal and still not at my all time high, but I physically just feel taxed. Don't fit any of my pants anymore and I've been waking up just feeling bloated. So there's both a physical and mental component to it.
Will be starting on a fat loss stack and reduced calorie diet starting Monday (maybe sooner). At a minimum will be running:
