I just don’t understand this whole vegan concept. Our ancestors ate animals and now all of sudden our generation has turned into vegan. Nothing against your wife’s choice. Lol. Just my little rant

No worries! We aren't vegan by any means. We do eat a balanced approach though, meaning my wife will rotate in 1-2 vegetarian meals for dinner each week. I've added in greens powders to supplement my health, given I know I do not eat nearly as many fruits and veggies as we should. But I do not see the need to go with plant based protein powders, given I use whey. Now, I use almond milk exclusively for my shakes, but that was purely due to stomach discomfort since I used to drink a gallon of milk per week.

On a side note, I've seen some jacked vegan bodybuilders.
This is pure gold!

No worries! We aren't vegan by any means. We do eat a balanced approach though, meaning my wife will rotate in 1-2 vegetarian meals for dinner each week. This is pure gold!
You’ve seen jacked vegan bodybuilders because steroids work haha. And most of them didn’t build their base as vegans, just maintained it. But, either way, humans are not meant to be vegans. It’s possible in the 21st century with modern supplements and the abundance of supermarkets and niche foods we have available, but it was not what humans have historically done or have evolved to do. Anyway, that enough of my off-topic ranting haha.

We eat tofu on a semi-regular basis and wow, what a difference! Udon noodle stir fry. Some food porn below since that's what seems to get log interest around here.

Had my packet of Vega all-in-one protein last night. Chocolate flavor. You could tell it's pea protein, but for a plant based protein the flavor and texture were pretty good. Had omegas, greens, and probiotics included. Mixed it up in almond milk.

Also ended up skipping my workout on Friday since I came down with a cold. Knocked me out for a few hours. On the way back to recovering, but ended up helping my sister move today. Two man job to a second floor apt. Counting that as my workout!

Looks good, but I can't do tofu. I try to avoid anything with Soy. Just a personal preference.

In...I tend to avoid soy as well.
Figured most on here feel the same way, but honestly I think the contribution of phytoestrogens in soy is overblown compared to all of the other areas where our bodies are being bombarded. Plus, I'm Asian, so I eat soy. Lol.

Last night was a little less REM than normal as you can see vs my 30 day avg (although, I haven't had this yet for a full 30 days). But I'm within range vs benchmarks for %.

Update: This week has been rough. Actually, this whole month really. Both personal and professional stuff. Turns out my daughter has the flu to add insult to injury.

Been skipping workouts left and right because I just can't seem to get out of bed in the mornings. I think its lingering effects of a cold from last Friday... been dead tired lately. But, baby is still down for her nap, so seeing if I can squeeze in a quick workout. Here goes nothing!

Pre: 3/4 scoop Cannibal Ferox, 1 scoop Glyergrow - pineapple ferox in 6 oz H2O is awesome tasting.
Intra: 1 scoop Amino Infusion - just realized I had the name wrong all this time!

Decided I'm not done bulking. I'd like to try and peak maybe around 185 before cutting. So made my pre-bed concoction:

2 scoops Muscletech Nitrotech Whey Gold
1 scoop quick oats
2 tbsp PB
1 tbsp coconut oil (heated to liquefy)
1/3 frozen banana
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

Total cals: 690
Protein: 59 g
Carbs: 35 g

The second night I did that pre-bed shake gave me indigestion. Skipped it yesterday.

Been reading these threads with critiques and I generally know what I need to work on, but I'm always open to constructive criticism. So with that in mind, going to post some more photos and would be interested in training ideas (lower rep range? Diff exercises?) Keep in mind, I have limited time and no gym. Only home equipment consisting of:

100 lbs barbell set
Power block DBs going up to 70# each
Flat/incline bench
TRX
Pull up bar
Exercise bike
Swiss medicine ball
Russian medicine ball (8#)

Today's workout was legs. I really miss a gym for this, I know my leg training is suboptimal without a leg press, true squat rack and leg ext machine (my favorite).

Pre: 3/4 scoop Cannibal Ferox BloodManor, what is clumping and congealing in my tub? It's little pockets. Will post up a pic.
Intra: 1 scoop Amino Infusion

Thanks man. I'd love to work more on my outer quad sweep to really give them some more shape. Like I said, I really miss having access to a leg press. The biggest jump in quad gains definitely came when I was doing those hard and heavy. Much more so than when I ever did squats even.

Good thought. I mix it up usually, one week with regular squats, other weeks with front squats. I'll try to use them more consistently moving forward.

Had an awesome hotel workout here in Dallas. There was a dinky hotel gym with only a few dumbbells and bikes, but then I found the fitness center / day spa. This place had tons of equipment and free weights. It was packed, so didn't get to everything I would've liked to, but hit most of it:

Thanks this just reminded me I'm getting low on Amino Infusion. Works great Intra. Never had any stomach issue with it.

Definitely a nice flavored BCAA product.

TRX calf raises 3x12

Front squats 100x10,10,10

SLDLs 100x10,10,10

Alt DB lunges 25x10,10,10

Been taking Animal Flex powder for the past two days. First night I mixed up with a spoon. I don't recommend this. The ingredients don't mix well, as the top of the glass was full of hydrophobic little globules of powder. Orange flavor isn't bad, but there's a bit of spiciness that sits at the end of the glass. Second serving I mixed up in a shaker. Much better. You still get some spice at the end, but more subdued.

Well, this bulk will officially come to an end this weekend. I'll be as couple of pounds shy of my goal and still not at my all time high, but I physically just feel taxed. Don't fit any of my pants anymore and I've been waking up just feeling bloated. So there's both a physical and mental component to it.

Will be starting on a fat loss stack and reduced calorie diet starting Monday (maybe sooner). At a minimum will be running:

Olympus Bloodshr3d (AM / pre-WO), weeks 1 - 4
C&P Cannibal Claw weeks 1 - 4, will reassess after first 4 weeks
Sparta Hydra Shred weeks 4 - 8
