A quick rundown!
Ok, between dealing with crappy weather screwing up my internet connection, personal matters, and just bad luck I have not had the time or the opportunity to get this log back on track and to be honest I am quite pissed off about it. I hate not being able to keep my word...I take my credibility very seriously. Anyway, I'll get into more detail about my log tomorrow or later on today, but I will give everyone a quick idea on what I am doing.
I am running a pulse cycle of the ONE. I started last week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I am dosing 4 caps a day (2 pre-workout, 2 post-workout) generally with food about an hour before and after. To make pct a breeze I am also concurrently running DRIVE and IGF-2. RPM is only used on the days I am not taking the one. However, also to note...I came into a getting a full box of Gaspari Thyrotabs so I am running them as well.
My plan here is...I will be continuing to run DRIVE and IGF-2 until this coming Saturday and then go to dosing each every other day on my off days of the ONE.
I will be running the Thyrotabs until Next Wednesday and then taking a week off, and then jumping back on them.
I will be dosing 4 caps of the ONE through the rest of this week and then next week. At the start of Week 4 I will go to dosing 6 caps a day of the ONE (3 and 3). Also, at the start of week 5 I will start taking 2nd Gear (1 cap every night before bed and continuing into PCT along with DRIVE, IGF-2, NeoVar: Recomped, Osteobolin-C, and RPM.
I have had this plan mapped out for a while, but decided to put it into action.
As for my training...On the days I am taking the ONE I am doing a 5x5 (moderate heavy lifting). On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I am doing accessory workouts (Abs, cardio, bi's, tri's, calves, etc.). Sunday is my complete off day.
