Funny you mention that. The workout determines at what point I consume caffeine. For cube days I consume STIMUL8 before I lift and BCAA/SAA during. On Xfit days, I don't consume any stimulants prior, BCAA/SAA intra, and will enjoy a coffee post. My weak heart can't handle caffeine+metcon workouts. It'll explode.Coffee last?![]()

No reverse effect here, just makes my heart race a little sooner than I'm comfortable with.^^ I'm the same way! If I take anything before CF or anything high intensity, it almost has a reverse effect and makes me feel sleepy! 100 Burpee pull ups....dude you can have all that mess!!!!
