The top portion is just a warmup; mobility and stretching stuff.
The workout was the KB shoulder to shoulder, swings and goblet squats.
Every minute on the minute you perform the exercise and rest the remainder of the minute, except you add one rep for each exercise until you can't complete the prescribed reps in the given minute. I completed through 11 rounds, so 11 KB shoulder to shoulder (over the head to opposite shoulder), 11 American KB swings (above head to full lockout) and 11 goblet squats in a minute. Doesn't sound hard on paper, but when there's no rest period, it gets tough.

5 BW ring rows
5 push-ups
15 jumping jacks

Workout
100 burpee pull-ups for time (15:15 complete)
800m run for time (3:35 complete)

Stretch/roll/mash/drink coffee

I despise Burpees. Like, I fücking hate them. Didn't puke though. I try not to do that. I don't like the taste of vomit at all.

Funny you mention that. The workout determines at what point I consume caffeine. For cube days I consume STIMUL8 before I lift and BCAA/SAA during. On Xfit days, I don't consume any stimulants prior, BCAA/SAA intra, and will enjoy a coffee post. My weak heart can't handle caffeine+metcon workouts. It'll explode.
 
^^ I'm the same way! If I take anything before CF or anything high intensity, it almost has a reverse effect and makes me feel sleepy!

No reverse effect here, just makes my heart race a little sooner than I'm comfortable with.
I just watched a video of these.. looks hard as hell.
They weren't fun at all. I'll be honest.

Could always be better. As long as my times get shorter and the weights get heavier, it's a success in my eyes.

This workout sucked after squatting as rowing and thrusters just so happen to target a lot of the same muscles. I'm dumb.

Been a bit since I updated. Kinda event less in the gym lately. It's maxes week so just trying to put up big numbers.
So far DL 375
Bench 275
Strict standing OHP (no dip or momentum) 175
Front squat 265

Not where I want to be but it's ok. I'm pretty sure I can squat quite a bit more, but my squats are ATG, not parallel.
