Rear Delt's use to be a problem for me.
I started doing pants pull ups (Hip Hugger) about 6 months ago, made a big difference.

I could show that exercise "the hip hugger" to alot of youngins around here with there pants hanging under there azz

Yea me either. I saw a guy at the gym doing them and thought it was a Trap exercise. I like that you can use heavier weight.
The key is to make sure you are bent over a little. I just put one leg farther out in front of the other on the base of a bench, otherwise it hurts my lower back.
His videos have helped me a little over the years to find new exercises that are easier on my joints.
However he is long winded!

He also has a lateral raise exercise that I really like. I couldn't find it. I will keep looking.
 
Tomorrow is traps for me, so I will give them a try !

Thank you to @musclemaker @LeanEngineer @Afi140 and the good folks at Strong Supplements & Vital Alchemy for trusting me to run this log.

Over the past 31 days I have been using Vital Alchemy's Naturally Shredded in an effort to lose some body fat and get leaner, in that time I have lost 13lbs of what I would say is mostly body fat. I believe I have maintained by muscle mass and shrunk my waist. I did keep my diet pretty clean and worked out most everyday during the log. I will say that Naturally Shredded is not a magic bullet, I worked very hard and watched my nutritional program closely. Definitely can see that you lost the poundage. Abs tighter, arms vascular, arms look tighter. I think overall in one month it’s great progress.

Definitely can tell the mid section got tighter and more defined! Great results for sure!
