Lying Incline Side Lateral Raises 4 sets, 15-10 reps
I noticed the other day my Front & Side Delts were over powering my Rear Delts, so I thought I would lead off the workout with rear delts.

I could show that exercise "the hip hugger" to alot of youngins around here with there pants hanging under there azzRear Delt's use to be a problem for me.
I started doing pants pull ups (Hip Hugger) about 6 months ago, made a big difference.

Yea me either. I saw a guy at the gym doing them and thought it was a Trap exercise. I like that you can use heavier weight.
