I did not keep track today. We went to my Grandson's 14th Birthday Party at my oldest daughters house, I did snack on some chips, dips, deer baloney & cheese. Luck was grilled sausages, backed beans and a few other dishes, with a birthday cup cake.
The Vital Alchemy Naturally Shredded did it's job today, I did not pig out and eat way to much junk, hunger was in check, I enjoyed my self without over eating.
Notes
Today was the first time I have taken Shredded after a meal (Saturday is the only day I don't train fasted) I noticed the stim did not hit as hard as it did fasted, but it still gave me the focus and energy I enjoy. This is just something I thought I should point out.
