Rocket is Getting Shredded with a little help from Vital Alchemy & Strong Supplements !

4lbs in 5days is no joke. Fat or not, you’re definitely losing weight. That’s some serious work. Are you planning to add any natty muscle builders to the mix?

Because I am logging this I do not want to throw anything else into the mix. Once the log is done (1st week of February) I am going to go on a long list of supplement to help increase Growth Hormone release as outlined in this book.

but I do know my midsection is much tighter and I am happy with the progress the mirror shows

Combo Wrist Curls 3 set 20-30 reps
Cable Rope Hamer Curls 3 sets 20 reps

I did not keep track today. We went to my Grandson's 14th Birthday Party at my oldest daughters house, I did snack on some chips, dips, deer baloney & cheese. Luck was grilled sausages, backed beans and a few other dishes, with a birthday cup cake.
The Vital Alchemy Naturally Shredded did it's job today, I did not pig out and eat way to much junk, hunger was in check, I enjoyed my self without over eating.

Today was the first time I have taken
Shredded after a meal (Saturday is the only day I don't train fasted) I noticed the stim did not hit as hard as it did fasted, but it still gave me the focus and energy I enjoy. This is just something I thought I should point out.

I was doing 3hrs cardio with just 200gms of protein 0 Carbs and 0 Fat for 2 weeks. I really got mind fuckd. But, that got me peeled with no Clen too. Bonus!! lol.

@Rocket3015 let’s see you get shredded.

I will never be as shredded as you were, but I will be better than I am now!

I tried buddy. He’s pretty dedicated machine.

My motivation is pretty good right now, so my will power it strong !! I used to train at a hardcore gym (25 years ago) when the owner would see someone cheating on his diet he would call them a "Spineless Jelly Fish" I still think of that when I am tempted to cheat !!

This is the first day I did not show a weight lose but no big deal Naturally Shredded and I are just going to have to keep doing what we do. I got 3 weeks to lose eight more pounds.

Nice workout. I love doing close grip bench. Always seems like I get a good pump in the tricep head after doing close grip bench.

Your total calorie intake keeps moving everyday. Are you eating different foods everyday? On your workout days, low calorie.. but cardio day was 300cals more.

Last week when doing shrugs I added about 50lbs to my normal top set and I must have injured something, I have a pain running down my left trap to my left outer deltoid. I decided to sick to a very light high rep shoulder workout today, I wanted to do something so I thought I would just pump some blood in the the shoulders.

Machine Shoulder Press 5 sets 20 reps each
Rear Lateral Raises 5 sets 20 reps each
Side Lateral Raises 5 sets 20 reps each
Front Plate Raises 5 set 20 reps each

Ab Crunches

Naturally Shredded an almost euphoric feeling, I don't know how to describe it but, Life Is Good !! I also have noticed resisting food is much easier, when it's time to eat I am hungry, but it is much easier to say no to a second helping, or desert. So I guess it is doing its job!!
 
Nice workout rocket. That feel good euphoria seems common from feedback so far. Nothing over the top just good clean energy and appetite suppressant.

How do you look in the mirror from when you started? The weight drop has stalled for almost 5 days now.

Looking a little tighter, abs are a little more pronounced, I may need to add a bit more cardio
 
My traps are still sore, so cardio it is this morning !!
