Went out to dinner with my kids tonight have a great Crab Crusted NY Strip Steak, I was able to keep diet pretty much on track. The Enduralean makes it pretty easy to make good food choices.

I have noticed that my BM's are a little looser and softer, I thinking the Lipo Shield is the reason. (it's not a problem, just an observation)

That's always a plus. It must be boosting your endurance & energy levels if you don't need to wait as long inbetween sets.

Sukks you had to back off the muscle sculptor. I just started my true shred/alpha lean yesterday. I will make a decision towards the end of the true shred bottle if Im gonna grab a 2nd. I do have sculptor available for when I'm done with the Alpha lean. I'm about 23 years younger than you, hope it doesn't hit my joints that bad.

Sukks you had to back off the muscle sculptor. I just started my true shred/alpha lean yesterday. I will make a decision towards the end of the true shred bottle if Im gonna grab a 2nd. I do have sculptor available for when I'm done with the Alpha lean. I'm about 23 years younger than you, hope it doesn't hit my joints that bad.
I don't believe it will, I had bad joint before I started (Due for Knee Replacement) the Laxo really helped until I added in the second compound

Lower Abs

I can not get on my computer (broke) so I am updating this from my I pad which I have a hard time typing on. I hit 177lbs today which is the lowest I have been in a few years, muscles still look big and full so I believe 90% of the weight lose is water and body fat, I am very happy with the results!!

Went out to eat with my youngest daughter, and the grand kids (from oldest daughter), I had a very good steak, baked potato and of course we had to take the kids out for Ice Cream. After diner we took the kids to the farm to feed the chickens and milk the goats. She just got 22 baby peeps the kids really like those. I have a pretty good life and I am thankful for it every day, but nothing beats the time I get to spend with my kids and grand kid!!
I took a hefty dose of both Lipo Shield & Enduralean before dinner so hopefully the extra 1000 calories will all go to the right places !!

Sunday - Rest Day !!

The family and I did the MS Walk we raised a total of $4500.00, we do the walk every year my oldest daughter has MS so this is a cause very close to the family.

My son-in-law took up all out to Red Robin afterwards. My total calorie count for the day was 3,215 I did take my Lipo Shield & Enduralean so I am anxious to see my weight tomorrow morning.

Back to training tomorrow morning!!

That and when you are that lean things don't have the same effect. You are in a tight deficit, when you splurge it is going to go into the right places almost automatically. Your insulin sensitivity increases a good bit when you are lean so there is a huge difference in how the body responds.

Seriously though. I had a bad weekend regarding food and drink... had to entertain some business clients and was over maintenance at minimum 1,000 cals.... Monday rolled around and I was full af and leaner. It’s weird haha.

Calories were twice what I normally consume yesterday and I did not gain an ounce, the Lipo Shield & Enduralean really do the trick !!

**I have not done Barbell incline presses in years (I use a smith machine) because my shoulders just don't like to stabilize the weight, so I started very light, worked my way up and got a great pump in my upper chest. I believe this is an area I need to work on!
