Many of you may have been following my previous log (thank you) and know that in the last 6 weeks I have lose 7 lbs and am getting in the best shape of my life, so i wanted to keep the moment rolling and I saw these two produces on sale and was intrigued, so I bought them.

My goal is over the next 4 week to lose 4lbs of fat (no muscle) and weight in at 175lbs I will be dosing as per label directions and logging my workouts, nutrition and daily body weight. To be honest over the Easter holiday I did put on 2lbs so I will have 6lbs to lose, but those first two will come off pretty quick.

I will need a few of my friends to join me here so I don 't feel like I'm talking to the wall.

I hurt my right knee several weeks ago and have layed off leg training for about 2 weeks, in fact last week I did not cardio and no standing exercises, I have not train calves in over a month due to shin pain. So this was more of a Rehab session than a training day.

Could not do the 5th set of standing calf raises, my calves were pumped so bad it hurt !!

I notice the Drive and Focus but not really the stim effect. But than again it take me about 250mg of Clen to notice an effect.

To me increased drive comes from the stim effect, edginess and being really amped up is just a higher intensity stimulation in my eyes. Increased Drive is what i prefer unless very tired already, or really going for a PR or something big...

Like you said though you seem to have a very high stim tolerance. I have a high tolerance but also pretty high sensitivity if that makes any sense. It doesn't take a lot to get me stimmed, but I can also take some pretty strong stuff and still be okay with it. Only thing that doesn't have tons of noticeable effect for me is coffee.
