Also had a banana (high levels of tryptophan) so I get good shut eye. Got uni tomorrow night after work.

Dips are up and so are rows. 135lbs for 5...and that was pretty sweet.

Training for this morning leangains style

Meal 1 at 1pm So hungry eeeeeeehhhhhh....
Deadlifts were good today...pushed 140kg for 3...big increases. Increased 60kg in 3 1/2 weeks

Lunch was same as yesterday but with added ginger and broccoli stir fried, no oil no sh1t in it.
4pm snack 1oz almonds
Dinner-taking gf out for bday dinner- having 1/2 chicken with 200g steak and lots of veggies

Yesterday (Saturday) was a tough dosing day in general. Had to go with my barrister to see clients down south and update them. Trained fasted legs then a run.

I'll post up training later.

Sunday:
Broke normal fast at 7am for family day with 2 whole eggs,4 whites, couple slices of bacon and 100g broccoli.
Also had goat yogurt with some WPI in it.

Body has hit the wall for Today.

6day on/1off. May need to go back to 3/1

I seem to think results is MORE training.
Maybe not...

Wanna make some Tasty paleo snacks and bars...thinking...
 
I'm gonna start actually tracking calories...
How would I track my 5x5 for the calories burnt etc...so many factors associated with it... Also,
My BMR is "1920kal" as a minimum...how to manage this with training and LG to MAXIMISE the fat loss and muscle retention?

Feel strong but, pis5ed off cause I have water retention from the glycerol in hemavol. I usually do 2 scoops in 1litre water...I have noticed less definition in lower region and worried
 
Water retention can be from estrogen as well. Glycerol was never my favorite for pumps. Norvaline horny goat weed and banaba are my bests


Add ginseng in there and golden
 
hey mate,

If your having trouble and feel completly dead, just take 2 days off, eat low fat and have a high carb day. It will make a world of difference and speed your metabolism back up and help restore glycogen.
 
Water retention is only a temporary thing. You can always dry out later. I always try and finish with a very dry compound, epi-v is the best I have used so far.

Glycerol is making me iffy (confused)
Cycle is awesome. Switched up inj days to rotate the butt checks more...painful some days...

Gonna use SS's pre workout suggestion tomorrow sweeeeeet!

Major difference.

13.2% to 11.2% in 4 weeks.
Dropped fat and again up to 81.2kg

Gained 2.7kg pure muscle...

Stoked as!!!!!

That's focking awesome bro! Nothing but recomp! I just started lean gains to see if it helps with my cut. That first fast sucks! Day two today....
