Yah when it comes to stims I prefer to use more sparingly as then I have to reset my adrenals to get the same effect if I dose too often...
MrKleen73 said:Well Rick what are your goals are you looking for more size or strength gains? Looking at your 2 choices I would assume strength more than size? If going for both why not give DC a shot. I can send you all of that info I had on it again if you want. Also FST-7 could be really good for you, it is 2-3 heavy exercises then 7 sets of 8-12 reps with very short rest periods to get crazy skin splitting pumps that should stretch the fascia.
Actually my goal would be size more than anything. I'm interested in the DC for sure, but I've had trouble finding any info on it. If you can send it to me, that would greatly be appreciated!
FST-7 sounds good to, but I've never heard of it. Thanks for the suggestions. I have less than a week to get something set up on whatever I go with

MrKleen73 said:FST-7 is Hanny Rhambod's creature, he trains Jay Cutler amongst others. The FST stand for Fascia Stretching Technique you can just pull it up or go to Invalid Link Removed I think that is the site. I will forward you that info I have on DC also.
I used to do a 2 exercise 7 set routine, maybe the hardest I ever did, I did 7 reps for both exercises but I would use one as a pre-exhaust so get this 7 reps on leg press then ss 7 on deads... it was fuggin brutal, don't even like to think about it...
Like 7 rep leg press then 7 DL? same weight each time, or did you scale up with each set?
Everything DC....IntenseMuscle.com
MrKleen73 said:Yes, that is where I gathered most of the info from. I took several of Dante's posts in a document for quick reference. For anyone new to DC Training you should go to intensemuscle.com and look into the Puppy Pound section. It is for beginners to DC then you move into the Dogg Pound.
Does that mean I should start with the puppy pound stuff, or can I just move to the dog pound?
MrKleen73 said:Well you have all of the stuff in front of you with that paper that is a mix of stuff from both. Not too much different in the Dogg Pound section, just the newbie questions and some beginner articles stickied at the top of the Puppy Pound so it is easy to find.
Great LOG Rick, we at FINAFLEX thank you as well sir for your honest and detailed LOG, totally SUB'd for final update picts!!!
