haha, check out the difference in chest definition and vascularity in the arms! its a night and day difference. starting to get those center chest striations!!! good job man! also, your waist is considerably smaller. amazing progress.
 
Looking great Rick! Awesome changes in physique, I don't see any loss of muscle. Everything is tightening up nicely. Won't be long at all and you will lean as fack!
 
Thanks everyone! It helps when you pics up side by side to see just how far I've come. Not finished yet but I can see the light at the end.

My waist is now officially the smallest it has ever been. I literally had to drill out a new notch in my work belt today as it was too loose at the tightest hole. I've had that belt for a few good years now, so that tells me I've never been this lean. I really think I'm within 6-8 lbs of looking pretty damn good on bodyfat. If I lose a couple lbs a week that will put me at around 170 pre cycle. :)

Cardio today was pretty intense. I did all elliptical in a shorter, but more intense workout. They may have to send that elliptical out for repairs, because I killed that mother focker!! Burned a little over 400 Cal's in 30 minutes and was sweating like Mike Tyson at a spelling bee!!

Keeping Cal's pretty low today...probably will end up around 1500 total

so, im possibly, maybe, just might just either a low dose pro-dienolone cycle, or trenazone cycle in about 5 or 6 weeks, once i get down to around 12% bf. any suggestions? i was thinking of 60mg of pro-dienolone for 6 weeks, or 45mg of trenazone for 6 weeks. mainly using it to recomp down to 10%. any input?

Sounds good man. I take it that you want to keep the dose (and sides) low for the cycle? I would dose a little higher and just have your supports, something to help libido, and something to help with prolactin sides. Caber is what I'm going to use, but OTC products like p5p, B6, and mucana prureins also do good for controlling prolactin.

I really think you'd like Prami better than Caber. Prami gives a real nice Growth Hormone spike that Caber doesn't, it's not Ergot derived (so not heart damage), and is stable in liquid (so research chemicals are a possible route<--That's what I'm using). I'm sure Caber will work to, but it seems there are quite a few benefits to using Prami over Caber (including lower dose as well--start at .25mg 1xdaily). Either way, not trying to sell Prami or anything, just wanted to give you some information, just in case you haven't come across it.

True, true! Well, I'm glad you went with pharms though, because they definitely work! The differences I have noticed have been stellar, and btw, Prami is great for libido to the point of being a problem :D! Seriously, I've considered stopping it because of this (it would help if I had a girlfriend or was married though)! My puffy nips are pretty much gone (using it with Toremifene Citrate btw) and they haven't itched in a week or so. So definitely, some form of D2/D3 agonist would be awesome! Anywho, good luck bro.
 
Well the workout was pretty good. No increases on weight really, but a good workout. Still seem to be maintaining strength pretty well, and have been done with S4 for about a week now. Dosing DAA every day until the cycle starts. Just about every time I go in to pump iron I notice some nice changes in the mirror, whether it be increased vascularity or definition or what not....things are really tightening up now. I think the next couple weeks are going to be a lot of fun!! When I looked in the mirror today after work I noticed chest striations all the way across my chest that are starting to show a tad. I was loving that sh*t!!

I have some Formastanozol on the way also. I'm not exactly sure how I am going to incorporate that into my cycle yet, and still deciding on that part. I know I'm going to use it in PCT, but I'm still in the air about whether I will use it on cycle. I just dont like the idea of having to dose 2 transdermals each day.

Great job man! I love seeing the veins in my shoulders running into my pecs! It's like looking at a road-atlas! :D The increased vascularity is so awesome, and a time-killer when I'm bored in class. I just follow a vein from my wrist as far up my arm as I can (oddly enough, I can see a lot of them clearly) :D! LOL!

Hey RickRock, I just ran into some information about Dopamine Agonists in general that I think you need to see (it actually caused me to discontinue my usage until more information is obtained): Invalid Link Removed. On further researching, I learned that in 2 of the 5 patients that developed this withdrawal syndrome, the symptoms never went away. As such, they have to take the medication for life. This syndrome would be possible for ANY dopamine agonist (such as Pramipexole and Cabergoline). This REALLY sucks, because now it looks like I may have to wait for my pituitary tumor to grow bigger to have the surgery, rather than treat it myself with the Prami. Something to think about, I s'pose!

Also, if anybody is getting their BCAA's in bulk, and discovering that they are the worst tasting supplement in the world (like I have), I have found a solution. Crystal Light Pomegranate Lemonade (single's packet for water bottles) will COMPLETELY mask the BCAA's. Definitely give it a shot if you are in the same boat I was!!!

I really enjoy that stuff, but may go the cheaper bulk route when it runs out. I also have some BCAA powerchews on the way to throw in as well. Looking forward to those!!

I am starting to feel my Adderllin/ephedrine start to kick in. Time to murder some cardio!! :run:

Haha! I love those little smiley faces! That sounds like a very responsible way of dosing the caber. I started using the Prami when my nipples got really pointy (plus I had high estrogen), and itchy (no lumps). Prami took care of it really fast, but now to hear about this! Uggghhh! I'll be seeing my endo on June 30th, so I'll ask him then (although he really is an idiot). Anyways, good luck on the cardio today! I just did my first round on the treadmill last night (which was great), but I'm really feeling it today!!! Hopefully my hips let me continue!

Yo, what do you normally eat during your 8 hours?


Well man, honestly it depends on which day it is....weights or cardio/rest day. On cardio or rest days I eat very very clean. Carbs and cals are kept very low and my entire diet for that day is usually chicken Breast, tuna, green vegetables (usually either green beans or broccoli), Rice, and some Whey. On weight days my cals and my carbs are increased and my diet is very lenient almost to the point of being ridiculous. On weight days its not uncommon for me to be eating burgers, fries, pizza, Burritos, etc...:food::burger:

That is the beauty of this Lean Gains diet....you basicly clean up and burn on your cardio or rest days and bulk up on your weight days!! Havin my cake and literally eating it too!!! :veryhappy:


On a seperate note....cardio was SUPER intense today. I sweated like there was no tomorrow and absolutely killed it...the Ephedrine?Adderllin was really working and doing its thing too. Felt awesome the entire time. Workout was 45 minutes and I burned 590 cals!!! Also did some Ab/Calf work afterwords for a great workout.

I've kept my cals down today, and getting ready to eat my final meal of the day. I think its funny that the only time I see commercials on TV for pizza and burgers is on cardio day when I cant eat them and I'm hungry all day!! Thats all right though....because tomorrow I will kill some food!!:yumyum:

Thats funny on your date, because June 20th is the scheduled start of my cycle and I will either start then or in PCT (still undecided)

Isn't eating fun! I wish there was some kind of liquid exercise I could drink that would burn fat and allow me to eat whatever I want. It doesn't really seem like it should be that difficult to make, does it! Even though I'm sure it's next to impossible, it just seems easy! Anywho, I'm just waking up, so I really don't even know what I'm saying! Good luck RickRock, and let no weight survive!
 
I can't complain about my weight day yesterday. I had another great workout and all my lifts were pretty decent. Nothing out of the ordinary, or any new PRs but still maintaining.

Cardio this morning was awesome. I just love this Adderllin/ephedrine stack. It makes cardio so much better its not funny. I hit around 400 Cal's in 30 minutes between treadmill and elliptical.

Got my Formastanozol in yesterday along with a tub of BCAA powerchews. I'm going to start throwing those powerchews in between meals and a few before bed. The Formastanozol will be stashed until the cycle starts..:sgrin:

Tomorrow is my normal rest day and I will try and get an update in on my weight and BF%. The gym is closed Monday due to the holiday so it will probably be another rest day....but I may get up and do another morning run around the neighborhood (still undecided). Then my next weight day will be Wednesday, and I'm planning on going to phase 2 of the warrior workout at that time. It is basicly still an intense full body workout with the double drop sets but incorporating a 5x5 exercise targeting one muscle group per workout. I'm looking forward to that, and I may use that on cycle too. :firedevil:
 
Hey man, thanks for the update! It's funny you mention switching to a 5x5 workout, because I am getting tired of the full body workouts as well, and yesterday was the first day I did a split routine! I did a back/shoulder workout, as those have been STRONGLY neglected, and it felt wonderful! If you don't mind me asking RickRock, how much weight is "normal" for those side dumbbell raises/front plate raises? I only did 10lbs to the sides, and 25lbs to the front. I felt pretty awkward doing that, and I know I'm behind everyone else, but I'm curious how far behind I am! Anywho, I completely agree on the Ephedrine helping cardio, and for me that is what makes it addictive! Cardio becomes SO boring without it, next thing you know, you've been on for 3 months!!! Well, it's finals week, and I have GOT to get studying, so with that being said, GREAT JOB! And I will check back in later this week!

I've been trying to take pictures every Sunday to monitor my progress, and I was just wondering if you've been doing the same? Any idea when the next pictorial update might be?

Its kinda hard to judge where YOU should be at on doing the Lateral raises. If you havent routinely done them, then they will naturally be lagging, but just work on them and you will get there!! Side Raises you should be able to do more weight than doing front raises. Delts are one of my strongest areas and I usually use 45s or 50s for Side raises and 35s or 40s for front raises.

On the Forma, CEL's version is basicly the same active ingredient as Formastanozol, but The Fromastanozol has a much better carrier that is very fast drying and it has twice the servings as CEL version. Formestane in general is on its way out, so stocking up on either one is a good idea, and I plan on purchasing another 3-4 bottles over the next couple months to stash...:yup:

It is a very good idea to keep up with progress pics. You probably dont need to do them any more than once a week. I usually do mine every other weekend. Pics every 2 weeks are easy for me to see where i have made any changes. I will be due for pics again at the end of next week, and hopefully will be close to 10% then so it should be nice...:fingersx:

After checking everything this morning it looks like I hit my weekly goal of losing 2 lbs. and a half percent of BF. I am hoping to maintain this for the next 3 weeks until the cycle starts which would put me at around 170 at just over 9%. I know that as you get leaner and leaner things can slow down, so I may have to make some adjustments over the next couple weeks, but so far I've kept up this pace fairly well.

I'm starting to be very impressed with how I look in the mirror. I am now in uncharted territory for me, as I have never been this lean before in my life. I know this now, because I can see a lot of things that I've never seen before like veins running up my back, down my calves, and the side of my quads. I had some Pizza for a nice well deserved cheat meal last night and after that vascularity was incredible!! I just love how I look after a nice carb enriched meal!!

Going to go outside and get some yard work done today. Its supposed to hit about 90 degrees today and I should burn some decent cals...:veryhappy:

Absolutely man. I love being lean, so much that I plan on making my gains lean from here out and never having to cut that much again. I m going to try and keep myself at 10-11% max year round. I still dont know how well that will go when trying to gain LBM, as I've never bulked real clean before, but I'm about to find out soon ;)

Its been cool for a few days here...around 60-70 but today its getting hot. I love hot weather!!

Rested up today since the gym was closed and eating around maintenance today. After some conversation with Kleen, I may be doing a little adjusting on my calories for my training days. I am probably not taking in enough during those days as some of my stats indicate that I may be losing a little more than just fat. Not real bad or anything but I would like to turn that around. I started taking BF measurements at 14.5% at 188 (27.26 lbs of fat and 160.74 LBM) and now I am at 176 at 10.6% (18.65 lbs of fat and 157.35 LBM) so that means over the course of the last 6 weeks or so I've dropped 4% BF but unfortunately I have also lost 3.39 lbs of LBM :(

That is still better than any cut I've been on as I know in the past I have dropped a lot of muscle trying to cut, but I think the solution is to increase cals on training days. I will probably go for at least 3k on those days and still keep the cardio and rest days pretty low. Hopefully it will not slow the fat loss down too much. The good news is the cycle is coming very soon, so it will be time to build some mass!!

I will have to keep a close eye on my weight and BF over the next couple weeks and see how much that helps me...:fingersx:
