Well, lets just say that the workout this morning was EPIC!! I went up on lifts on most exercises. +10 on Decline Bench, +10 on close grip Bench, +20 on Squats, and +10 on upright rows. I probably could have went up on BB curls and Chin ups also, and I am planning on going heavier on those next week.
Everything is going textbook right now. From what I have been learning from the IF/Leangains thread, I am going to change a couple things on my diet. I will be eating a little more on lifting days and a little less on cardio days. I am already doing that to an extent, but I want to take that a little farther and actually somebody mentioned eating 50% of the cals that you eat on lifting days on your cardio days. If I was doing that it would be around 1500. I probably am not going that far, probably closer to 2k though and around 3k-3300 on lifting days
