:toofunny:LMAO...I avoid taco Bell gor the most part, but every once in a while I'll get a craving for it..maybe once a month, and then afterwards when I'm sitting on the sh*tter I realize why I dont eat it very often :sombrero::toilet:

It will be the first time not working out fasted since starting Lean Gains. I am willing to bet my energy and pumps will be way up in there today...looking forward to it!!

MMMM who exactly is going to be tasting his sweat. LOL Honestly if no blood pressure issues and moderate carbs extra sodium has no negative effects if hydration is sufficient.

Well I am off work today, and I didnt work out this morning. This is a weight day, and I'm going to hit the gym about 1-2 hours after my fast breaking meal. It will be the first time not working out fasted since starting Lean Gains. I am willing to bet my energy and pumps will be way up in there today...looking forward to it!!

Yeah that will be a nice workout. Hopefully you only ate a small meal so you aren't feeling the food in your gut, and have plenty of cals to kill after the workout.

Yeh I didn't have as big a meal as normal. My 2nd meal will be a little bigger than normal though (post workout) getting ready to head there now...
 
Tear it up man! Should be epic, take a pic of the vascularity you get off of it. Should be pretty pronounced! I know mine was the first time I worked out after a meal.

Yeh man you were right. Vascularity was way up. I didn't take any pics but it was nice. Now I'm going to cheat a little tonight and destroy a meatlovers pizza! :food:

Workout was pretty badass. I went up in weight on a couple things and I had lots of energy. Enough that I didn't feel fatigued at all when I left.

Tomorrow is cardio and I'm going to kill it again and go for another 500+ calories burned and try and keep the carbs and Cal's down for the day....
 
actaully I do pretty good eating one piss poor meal a day while ON. My metabolism is fast as sh!t and it slows it down a bit.

Well the thing is that I'm not in my 20s anymore. I'm in my later 30s and my metabolism is not near as fast as it once was, so I dont eat cheat meals that often, but I still manage a couple a week ;)
 
Hit cardio pretty good this morning. I managed around 340 Cal's on the treadmill (30 minutes) and 215 on the elliptical ( 20 minutes) for a total of 555 Cal's total. I'm pretty happy with that.

One thing I don't like is how flat and deflated I look in the mirror after cardio. I did some ab work after the cardio session and really noticed that. Its only on those days and only for a little bit but it still is something I hate to see. I guess I just get used to the pumps on weight day. :)?
 
Today is my rest day if you want to call it that. I have so much work to do here at home that I need to go back to work for a break. A day off from the gym anyways...


....so its end of the week UPDATE TIME!!


Last week: Weight-185 BF:-13.4%

This week: Weight-183.5 BF-12.6% :woohoo:

Obviously things are still moving in the right direction, and all that with some cheats in there and several days not counting cals..

Well its not quite a percent a week, but its close so I'm very happy with that :)

Also have some Adderllin on the way that I will probably throw in on cardio days when I get it ;)@

Nice.. What I like to get stimmed up before cardio is - 1 Adderllin, and a couple cups of coffee. That will have you goin, trust me! 2 Adderllin is just too much so don't do it, lol.

How about ECA stack Rock?? I had some good progress with it last year. Thinking about picking up some bronkaid soon here ;)

Nah, it's real Ephedrine, it's just hidden behind the pharmacist's counter! You just go up there and ask for it! It's Ephedrine Sulfate in Bronkaid, but it works pretty well anyways. Excellent appetite suppressant, but you have to watch for prostate and blood pressure sides, use taurine, and hydrate very adequately. I personally think you're doing just fine without it, and you should wait until maybe 12% or less to use it. It puts a lot of stress on my body when I use it, and to be honest, you're losing fat at a MUCH faster rate than I am. I'd wait until your fat loss slows to a crawl before using ECA.

Thanks for that info man. Ill keep that in mind. Probably see where I am at in another month and go from there. I may try it out when I get down to 10-11%
 
That's what I would recommend, but I'm no expert! You seem to have your head on straight, so I'm sure whatever you decide will be well-thought-out and proper for the circumstances at the time.
 
Well todays workout was GREAT!! I am still gaining strength while cutting this fat, so I'm getting the best of both worlds right now. 95s on DB Bench Press was flying up enough that I may be ready for 100s next week. 70s on Arnold Presses were the same way. Bad thing is that my gym somehow lost one of the 75s so Ill have to stay with the 70s until I am ready for 80s and I dont expect that anytime soon. Did hammer curls with 55s and these were hard a few weeks ago, and now they are much easier. I am very happy with the strength gains all the way around...

I'm loving the diet, loving the workout, and loving the progress.....so in a nutshell I am loving life right now! :D

On another note, my wife is pregnant and due to deliver our son in 4 weeks, so whenever that happens I will probably take a week to de-load and have an active recovery week consisting of just cardio and bodyweight exercises (pushups, pullups, etc.) and then move onto Phase 2 of the warrior workout which is still double strip set to failure, but with a 5x5 exercise thrown in:sgrin:
 
We're pretty similar on most lifts Rock! Glad you're making some good strength gains and liking your new setup.. Sounds awesome bro. Congrats on little one on the way too!

Thanks a lot bro! I'm hoping I can continue a little bit on strength gains until I start another cycle in June. I am sure the S4 is helping a lot with everything right now. I think S4 is doing more for me than the Osta did actually, which is surprising to me. Osta was great too, but I think strength has been better with S4 at least for me:bigok:

s4 is more androgenic than ostarine, i dont as much about s4 as I do ostarine, and even what I know of ostarine is minimal....not much scientific data at this moment.


but i know I will be using s4 about a month after pct at 75mgs a day till next cycle

Well, lets just say that the workout this morning was EPIC!! I went up on lifts on most exercises. +10 on Decline Bench, +10 on close grip Bench, +20 on Squats, and +10 on upright rows. I probably could have went up on BB curls and Chin ups also, and I am planning on going heavier on those next week.

Everything is going textbook right now. From what I have been learning from the IF/Leangains thread, I am going to change a couple things on my diet. I will be eating a little more on lifting days and a little less on cardio days. I am already doing that to an extent, but I want to take that a little farther and actually somebody mentioned eating 50% of the cals that you eat on lifting days on your cardio days. If I was doing that it would be around 1500. I probably am not going that far, probably closer to 2k though and around 3k-3300 on lifting days

Weight is at 182.5 this morning ;)

Yeah this is where I just came to land through trial and error and then he said that and I was like COOL! I am still eyeballing and estimating my calories but I also still have abs and continue to look better while not looking any smaller. :)

That is exactly how I would describe what I'm experiencing. Fat is dropping like crazy while maintaining muscle and even adding strength!!
