Notice, the back fat lower waist has greatly reduced and let me tell you, this camera is terrible. I have a xmas tree back there the pic isn't showing :(

The pics were taken 2 hrs after my 1HR cardio session. No pump, cold and only 1 meal in. I couldn't be happier. I look so much bigger and I'm 20+ lbs lighter. It's frikkin awesome!

My next 2 weeks will be maintenance. Stick to my plan, just stay consistent until I can get into my 19nor ride coupled with M1D. I'm gonna run that 5 weeks (19nor) and 8 weeks M1D. I might add some 'cycle' support of some kind just haven't decided which company to try. It's gonna be frikkin scary come 10 weeks from now. My diet won't change. It's been too good. I feel phenomenal and am never craving or never hungry.

Final review on the 'Trifecta' tomorrow. I think the results speak for themselves.

Nice work Flex! You can really notice the improvements in your shoulders and lower back.
 
I'm late to the party. But great log. I just read it all. I put in a order for the stack to day can't wait to get it. I'm hoping you will log your bridge so we can see if you maintain well. I can't wait to see what you can do with the second stack.
 
Totally impressed in what you achieved Flex!..this just goes to say, stick with your diet and and stay committed for the entire ride, you'll get the results that you want..

Final Day, Review

Today: weighed in. HOWEVER, slightly skewed since I drank like a fish last nite, threw up 3 times and I'm so depleted at the moment I'm sure the numbers are skewed because of severe water depletion.

Weight: 221.2
BF% - 17.7%
Fat lbs - 39.15
LBM - 182.05

Losses of 25.5lbs, 5.1% 17.09lbs Fat, 8.41LBM

You might question and say that I lost a lot of mass, but I beg to differ. Alot of that was/is water and throughout my workouts I maintained and am still at my strongest. IMO I lost the most, 2lbs of LBM and even that I'm questioning.

Review on LG's TRIFECTA Stack:
Why LG? - Some of you may ask why the LG Trifecta stack when there are more suitable options. I bought the Trifecta stack because for a few reasons. Number 1, you can cut on anything so I wanted something that would help me maintain my LBM and that was goal #1. Number 2, LG picked me as a tester for their Joint Supplement; that small gesture made it easy to pick up the TRIFECTA especially since I was new and was still chosen, much appreciated LG.

I would like to add, LG also provided me a bottle of GHenerate mid-cycle which I've been taking since it came in. Again, another gesture I'll never forget, thanks guys! All of you!

Ratings: I won't rate through a scale. I'm not really into that since alot of variables can sway numbers; I will give an opinion based on my diet and how I felt versus how I think you should feel on your diet, I'm sure I would've had much different results if I was bulking, for sure.

Strength - We all want it. I maintained it. At 2K-2.5K cals I can still bench-squat what I was when I started. Not bad for a 25.5lb loss and still throwing up good weight.

Endurance - I can tell you this product helped, no doubt. Some of my workouts I really wanted to just go home but I kept pressing on knowing the product would handle the rest. It did. When I thought I could go no more, I'd hitup another exercise with good vigor.

Mood - Are you friggin kidden me? I've never felt better. I had a sense of great well-being throughout. Hardly ever moody, not even aggression. Seriously never had any bouts throughout the whole cycle.

Appetite - Supplements are only as good as the diet. My diet regulated blood sugar and therefore, this point is moot. DIET IS EVERYTHING!

Libido - Still doin my thang! No issues there!

Sides - Not sure I had any. No rage, felt great, acne up a tad but that can be attributed to sauna for 43 days and no shower until an hour thereafter.

What happens next?
Maintenance for 2-4 weeks. I really haven't decided how long I wanna maintain for. I'm itching for the next cycle but when it comes down to it, this is a marathon not a race. After 2-4 weeks, I'll ride a 19nor product from Primordial Performance for 5 weeks and stack it with M1D by LG for 8 weeks, most likely 100mg of the 19nor and 5 pills of the M1D per day. I'm thinking of adding a 'cycle' support product to help with sides and such. No decision on that as of yet. Diet will remain the same; its not a diet to me anymore, it's my lifestyle. I love the effects, why change now? As single digits approach, I'll adjust to a keto I'm sure but for now, im good as gold.

My initiative was to ignite my metabolism; I think I've done that with the stack and its most certainly helped with reaching my ultimate goal of single digit BF%. Thanks for following along fellaz, much appreciated and God Bless!

No need to hope bro. DIET, TRAIN, TAKE SUPPLEMENTS. Dont let anything sway you. You'll get there.

What is your goal? Do yourself a favor a log it as well. I never logged or wrote down my exercises and weights until this time. It helped me stay on track, see my results visually and it was a great motivator. Funny thing is, it's been my best results as well.

Well, from time to time company's will have testing opportunity's that will be posted int he company promo section, but I will tell you, keep up with your logs that you are running now and of course show your committed. These are main things to be considered for before a company sends you free supplements..

Well done Flex you look considerably better. You have been working hard and eating consitnently and the work shows. TO be honest with what you lost and a lot of it being water not to mention once over 20% stuff gets really iffy on a lot of types of body fat tests, you could have been higher body fat when you started too. The difference in leanness is evident for sure. Good seperation in your legs too. Great job let's keep it going.

Still a long ways to go. This is just a small piece of a big puzzle.

I won't be around too much this week. Working a different shift and on-call. Next 2-4 weeks are gonna be prep weeks for this 'Tren' run. I can't wait!

Yes but you stripped of the garbage without taking much of off the base of the structure. Well done. I honestly only see fat loss there and still stand by my assertion that it is more likely that you are at a higher BF before and got an erronuous original reading than it is that you lost the LBM it says you did. Anything over 20% has a huge chance of being wrong with calipers and or impedence measuring devices. You definitely look much bigger even though you are now a smaller mass. I can not wait to see what happens next Flex, kill it man!

I have to agree. I think I kept alot of LBM. I wasn't (or maybe I was, lol) a pear and became a smaller pear. At the moment I'm still logging my personal workouts as reference. I'm sorta cruising this week. I'm working 6-2:30 and on-call so my stress levels mentally are pretty high at the moment. I figure if theres a week to cruise and hit lighter weights, this is it.

Diet is still on, supplement timing still on. Training is still 7 days.

Hey bro, quick question... has someone already asked you about doing weighted dips? I feel like someone did, but maybe it was another log. Anyway, sorry if I am repeating anything, but add some weight to your dips and your triceps should really pop from it... my bench went up too.

Flex, all you need is a dumbbell and a dip station, while standding in the dip station on one side instead of straddled take the dumbbell put it between your knees bend down a bit squeeze knees together and cross your ankles grab dip bars press up and let your feet swing under you and go for it. The weight will stay there until you uncross your ankles. I have done this all the way up to 90's without a dip belt. You can do it.

Cruisin for a bit T. Still dieting and doin work, but im not taking anything but my staples and OEP.

Ill log my Tren/M1D Stack when I start. Maybe put up new pics..I should be thinner when I start.

I don't get that is the upper part of your shoulder blades or down at the bottom? Cool on the other I gave you my seal of approval out there. Not sure it would matter but still.

I think it happens in the middle of the blade. I'm going to do them again on Sunday so I'll really pinpoint where it hurts.

Much appreciated on the 'approval'. It means alot you see some potential. The train is gonna REV back up next Sat! Starting an 8 week ride. Hopefully at the end of that ride, you wont even recognize me!
