Recomping with LG's Trifecta! (NON-SPON)

Day 35 - Cardio

Cardio

1 HR. 123-130 BPM. 15 min sauna.

Notes
-Dosed 2 OEP, 1 YG, GHenerate, fasted.
-Back still bothering me. Getting better slowly each day.
-Will drop Formadrol dose tomorrow to 3x per day.
-Numbers tomorrow! Can't wait to check weight and bf%. I'm not gonna say I cruised this week because I didn't, but I didnt feel as focused as previous weeks. I'm sure thats a byproduct of just being in PCT. I have 1 more week on the stack, 3 weeks until my M1D/Tren cycle and unlimited motivation.
At the conclusion of my cardio effort next Sat, I will give my full review on the Trifecta Stack, LG, put up final pics, cheat for a whole day Sat with all my favorite foods and then back to work on Sunday. This train doesn't stop and it won't until I reach my goal of single digit BF%. I hope you guys follow my new log which will start with the Tren/m1D.

Good stuff goin on here!

I'm really lovn the M1d on cycle bro. Things are sooo smooth. GL with it all man. It'll be the TRUE test with Tren

What're you stackin with it Met? I really can't rave enough on how well I felt while on M1D. I was just so level headed, confident, not too moody and recovery was awesome as well.

Im stackin it with Superdrol. Been an awesome cycle so far. Libido has been sky high the whole time, aggression at bay (except in gym), minimal lethargy.

I've got something harsher, more hardcore planned in the near future. We'll see how it works then :D :yup: :smite:

You loggin this young fella?

Assuming you're looking to bulk?

maybe..maybe not..we'll see what kinda mood I'm in when it comes to it. I'll let ya know tho

...I will be trying to add size yes, but I'm not gonna get outa control with the eating though. Gonna be a clean cycle with clean gains.

Morning and BF% weigh in: 226.4lb, 18.2%

Only lost .4lb and .6%BF. There was a slight increase in LBM.

My initial thoughts: A tad dissapointed, but I knew I increased my cals this week and thought that would affect my outcome and it did. Well no increase this upcoming and last week, I'm expecting a good finish! When it comes down to it, any loss in BF is good and pretty much maintained weight, realization is as time is passing the hill gets steeper.

My measures were:
Chest 11, 12, 14 - Took 12
Abs 38, 39, 40 - Took 39
Legs - 9, 10, 11 - Took 10

Gonna finish up strong. Time to get some work in, workout post later!

ROFLMFAO!! You are 1 unique brotha. You're right, when you put it in perspective, that is pretty solid. I guess I'm just used to 4-6 lb losses a week and 40+ lbs of fat is still 40+ lbs of fat and while I know 4-6lb losses will thin out, I didnt think this soon though. I need to write this stuff down. I'm logging it in here, but not writing it down for me visually to see. I'm gonna get a nice portfolio made up.

I started looking up some local comps as we discussed. The more I get, the more I want. Gonna keep flyin. This 'stack' coupled with diet and training has been phenomenal.

Not sure if it means anything to ya but we have about the same LBM right now. So that gives you a little idea of how you may look around 200 body type differences not being considered. Remember this I told you it would slow. as long as you are not losing LBM and are dropping 1 lb fat a week your doing well. If gaining lbm and doing the same even better. If fat loss is faster than that it is phenominal. DOn't try to get it off to fast allow your skin time to rebound as the weight comes down. Never lose LBM for the sake of greater weight loss. Cutting carbs lowers weight drastically due to water loss. Once excess water is out and excess carbs are gone weight loss slows and LBM stabilizes this is where you are now. This is the time of consistency where you will know your work is paying off each week. The visible changes will become more and more obvious each week even though the same amount of weight is coming off because every pound you lose increases how much of a percentage comes of with the next pound.

i noticed that too...now that im down 21 lbs from the start, i feel like everyday im losing more fat than i was before. i guess its just more noticable now!

It means alot to me. I can't wait to see the final final product. You're right, it feels my excess water is gone, my skin feels loose, especially where I held the most fat.

Compliments are starting to roll in constantly now as well. Keeps me rolling. I'm never content though, the gas pedal won't come up slightly because of it.

I also find myself questioning my intuition when I see others. Others that are more ripped, or stronger. I keep telling myself, I'm on my own path, have my own goals and doing all this on 2K-2.5K cals. Keep going, keep going...don't stop...It works for me, but it's just a tidbit of the mental game I fight every now and again.

im cuttin on the same amount of cals. more towards the lower side of 2k lol. use other people that are already ripped as fuel for the fire baby! thats gonna be us soon bro. this summer is gonna be the $hit, we can finally take our shirts off and be proud! :D

Not happy with the workout. Back is hindering my progress. Not recovering as fast as I thought either. I'm sure
it's because usually I take time off when I get this injury but I'm pressing through this time. Gonna keep on keepin.

Had the holiday off. Another fasted workout - dosed 1scoop Jacked, 1 OEP, 1YG, and GHenerate. Feeling like a million bucks.

Legs tomorrow, I'm going to attempt the same exercises, just with lighter weight, maybe higher reps. We'll see how my back holds up.

Keep Plugging away Bro!

Keep killing it bro. You're doing fuggin awesome. Kleen has got it down so listen to that man!!!

That kind of progress is pretty awesome. You could show alot of guys around here how to really run a proper cycle. The dedication is uncanny!!!!

Notes
-Wow. With my back, I couldn't be happier with the workout. I cut
through Centuries like butter. I was really strong. Shortly thereafter,
cut my weight down, slowed my tempo as to avoid any lapses.
-Feel great, felt strong and getting leaner. The OEP twice a day keeps
me rolling.
-Diet on point still, I haven't lapsed once on this journey and I won't let
it.
-Can't wait for the Tren ride, my credo for that 8 weeker is gonna be called
'Everything Beast' :)
Nite yall!

Nice numbers man! And great progress!! How's the feeling on OEP btw? Gives you energy? kills appetite? etc.

OEP wakes me up for sure. Get's me more focused. Energy during workouts definitely kicks in everytime. My appetite has been fine with or without. I haven't digested a simple carb in quite some time so blood sugar levels are pretty level and I'm never craving or hungry. OEP will be my fat burner of choice from here on out!

I am with Flex regarding the OEP it is the best thermo I have had to date since ephedrine was banned before and even then the energy is smoother, no crash and slightly euphoric in nature. Great focus too.

Day 39 - Cardio

Cardio

1 HR. 135-145BPM

15min sauna.

-Very thirsty this morning and then sweated out a ton in the sauna.
-3 days left on this stack. Been the best ride I've had ever. It marks the 1st time I've ever done 2BP per week, 7 days a week training and had diet in pristine order. I really think you all will like the pics. The synergistic effect of all 3 really transformed me in such a short time. I can't imagine what it'll be like after 4-5 mos.
-I'm going to refrain from logging my bridge, but I will stay solid. Remember, 22.7%BF to Single digits is my goal. There's no stopping me now. I'll have a nice review to give the 'Trifecta'. I will pig out one day as a nice reward, most likely this saturday as I have a local club party with some of my closest friends. Can't wait.
-I gotta thank those who took interest in the log. Honestly, time is our scarcest commidity, and those who take the time for the sake of reading my progress, well that's just plain cool and I appreciate that.
-Gotta give extra thanks to my 'frequent flyers', MrKleen73, ConcreteConny, Metroba, MrBigPR, LG and their reps (I'm loving the GHenerate), TNASTY. You kept this new guys log moving in the right direction. Thank you.

Let's finish up strong fellaz, the ride is ending but it's only just begun...................

Money big dog! You did absolutely awesome on this run, I know for sure that the tren will absolutely shred you down to the bone!!!

Always here if you need something bro, anything.

Great workout!
The underlined I recommend using a wide grip on seated cable row with the lat bar. Pull the bar back to between mid chest and clavicle this will keep elbow high and wide hitting the inner traps and rear delts really well. Also when you extend alow your shoulders and everything to go forward for full stretch then retract you shoulders by pulling you shoulder blade back in while rowing back. You can use a lot more weight than other exercises that hit rear delts due to it being a compound movement. You can also do this wide grip on bentover barbell rows or the T-bar if handles are wide enough. Give it a shot and let me know what you think Pimpin. Just something I found playing with angles over the years.

Damn, nice work flex! Glad to see that all your hard work is paying off!

haha i know what you mean when you say u feel smaller. hard to overcome mentally when your on a cut, thats for sure
