Quest for 6 pack - a Turinabol-LV log

Elbows are worse today, so I'll do back tomorrow. Also I'm dropping erase entirely. Had been taking 2 a day, so we'll see in a couple days of that was it.

I think dropping the erase will help alleviate some of the pain. I developed arthritis early myself, just wondering has it substantially gotten worse as you have gotten older?

Not tons worse, but some. Part of that is having worked out adaptations to avoid things that make it worse

back workout went better than expected yesterday considering lack of sleep and the BS of flying

CG weighted chin - 25lbsx6x4-bwx5
WG t-bar row 100x10-115x6-90x5
db row - 80x10-90x10-100x6 - i'm thinking next time if I hit 100 from the start I can manage 2 sets of 10
machine pullovers 180x12x8

everything is up pretty noticeably vs last rep range round 3 weeks ago. And we're now in week 3 of turinabol-lv, so where it should be fully active. I'm trying to keep my diet a little better in control this business trip :)

why do we go through so much effort to cause ourselves pain? I dunno... anyhow chest/back on a freezing cold rainy michigan day

incline db press - 85x8-90x6x5
flat bb press - 175x8x5x6
db fly - 40x9-35x9
single arm shoulder press 55x6x4 (this was after a 65x0, 60x0)
bent over lateral 35x10x10x9
cable side lateral 30x10x10

was a nice workout, what a pain it is to get 90s into position for incline.

decided to do legs today, and in hindsight it was a bad idea
leg extension - 150x10-170x10
hack squats - 180xx10x12x12 to the bump stops
one leg leg press 180x10x14x10
one leg calf press 180x10x10
lying leg curl - 125x8x5
straight leg deadlift - on thrid rep @ 185 sproing went my left hamstring. seriously WTF?

this is now 3 hamstring pulls or partial tears in 6 months. I guess i need either a longer convalescence period, or need to start back up with really light weights.

However it was a good excuse to have a xanax and a couple beers to dull the pain, and i'm headed down to the hot tub shortly :)

I haven't checked in for a while. Do you have a six pack yet or what?

LOL. That's a new one to me. I'll have to look it up.

Today was first day of shock week, Back. I sort of have a love/hate relationship with shock week, its my most + least favorite at the same time. I like it because with the exercises as supersets its the fastest week, but it really is a shock, i'm sometimes dizzy after finishing 2 sets of supersets.

db pullover superset with wg pulldowns 75x10/170x8 - 75x10-170x8
stiff arm pulldown superset with reverse grip bent over row 70x10/110x10 - 90x10/110x6
cg seated pully row dropsets 210x8-195x6-180x6 no rest between

the cg rows I probably had to sit there 5+ minutes just to catch my breath and wait for heartrate to return to normal. But it feels good at the same time :)

I bought a foam roller, so today will be my first real day trying it post workout. should be interesting, back isn't quite the easiest to foamroll.

Also, woke up at 203lbs and we are near the end of week 3. Thats somewhere from 9-11lbs up, which is great and sucks at the same time. Nice that I can see some size added, but sucks in that some must be fat. Now that i'm not travelling though, I can get some better overall dietary control. That and its time to start up regular cardio again (which I should have been doing while traveling)

today woke up at 200lbs. Wish my weight didn't fluctuate that much. oh well. today was chest

cable crossovers superset with incline smith 30x10/180x10-40x10/200x6
incline fly superset with dips (decided to switch to the machine dips because the dip station is all the way on the other side of the gym sort of wrecking the supersetting) 40x10/180x10 - 45x10/200x7
machine bench press dropset 170x1-155x6-140x5

I guess the machine bench was so low because I was already whipped from going up in weights on the others. tried foam rolling my pecs after, I think I got it right.

So you're on TRT doses of test... but are you actually on TRT? I missed that part if you had mentioned it.

Yep, thru my urologist paid for by healthcare. My first testosterone level check was when I was 35, and it was in the upper 270-280 range then. I didn't start working out till I was 39 and started TRT in 2009. Although at that time it was through an anti-aging clinic who was willing to prescribe any dose you wanted.

looks like I forgot to update yesterday for chest it was

cable crossover superset with smith incline - 30x11/200x9-40x11/200x5
incline fly superset with dips (used hammer dip machine) - 40x10/180x10-45x10/200x8
machine bench press dropsets - 170x1x1-155x6-140x3-125x4

was a little surprised at how I couldn't manage 170 on the flat press. I've been still experiencing the elbow tendonitis though, which affects that some

then today was shoulder
seated side lateral superset with hammer machine press - tried db, elbow hurt bad so did machine laterals - 110x10/85x10-120x10/85x10
reverse pec dec superset with wide grip upright rows 115x10/110x10-130x9/110x9
cable front raise dropset 60x8-50x6-40x4

the left elbow is killing me. I'll probably skip bis/tris this week, just to try and give it a rest. next week is supposed to be power week too, not sure exactly what to do about that.

Was 200 this morning, looking good in the mirror

I've always had elbow problems after benching/throwing javelin in high school. I started taking GHenerate and now the elbow is in check. It surprised me, actually, I didn't think it would help so much.

In the future I hope to start using a peptide like Hexarelin, GHRP-2 or GHRP-6, but for now... the GHenerate is working.

great progress here sucks about some of the freak nagging injuries or freak occurrences but way to push through them.

199 today, so I did well managing to control eating over thanksgiving. My elbows + tendons were still feeling sore, so I decided to pause on PRRS, and do a simpler split. Today was still back

wide grip pulldown 150x10-130x11-100x15
deadlifts - 225x5-225x8-225x5 - each set I stopped where my hamstring twinged, not back strength. I probably could have hit 10-12 a set easily if it wasn't for that
close grip rows - 150x15x12x10

short + sweet. tomorrow i'm back to cardio again, so the rest of the log I expect weight to be going downwards, along with bodyfat :)

looks great!
id throw in the sustain alpha in there with the reast also and toco-8

well, i'm on TRT already at 150mg a week of testosterone, so the sustain alpha wouldn't make that huge a difference (though I do still have an unopened one here). The toco-8 would be a nice add.

woke up today at 195??? yesterday was some light eating, but I didn't think that light. still doing my lighter workouts, still having elbow pain (but less). Today was chest

flat db press 50x10-70x10-70x9
dips 5x5x4x4
incline smith press 160x10x8x5 (I guess I should have used 150)
incline fly 40x10x10x10

with 20 minutes of moderately high intensity cardio after. I'm making the effort to get out of the house early enough each day to get in at least that 20 minutes worth.

shoulders today, woke at 196

arnold presses 30x10-40x10x9-35x10
lateral raise machine 90x12x12x12
rear delt machine 75x15x13x10

and 30 minutes moderate intensity cardio. I tried some db upright rows but from the first rep it started irritating my shoulder, so I stopped

Looking good Bro, I am on day 35 of mine! Gained 12lbs, fairly lean too:) I love this stuff

I experienced some of the same tightness in the biceps and elbow region throughout the cycle as well.

I don't know how you did your supersets without your muscles exploding through your skin:)

Keep up the good work!

back to logging today. was 191 this morning, so the fat loss is working :)

just did a light back workout (wide grip pulldowns, seated rows, deadlifts), then 20 minutes cardio

was 194 today, so weight still fluctuating all over. Still in joint pain, so did shoulders light but high reps. Military presses, lateral raises, db upright rows, rear delt machine and shrugs. pretty nice workout, but the joint pain has me quite limited, and it blows. Probably only a couple days left of the turinabol LV

well, I just about lost my mind today from the tendonitis pain, so I went to the local health food store and picked up a pile of different things. A Wobenzyme clone, celadrin oral, NOW's glucosamine/msm transdermal and another glucosamine transdermal that also has menthol. Couldn't even wait for the joint force to get here, thats how bad it is. Sometimes hurts just lifting my arm :P

So I didn't even seriously consider hitting the gym today. I'll probably go tomorrow, just for cardio.

I'll definitely keep up with this one now that I have the internet again bro. That joint pain is freakin killer. Have you thought about subbing some exercises to take some pressure off of them for a while to let them heal up? I had the same problem a while back and I subbed the painful exercises with some that lightened up on my joints for a little while and it worked like a charm (along with joint supps). Good progress man. Cutting is always freakin rough.

I've let it get bad enough that at this point sometimes it hurts to lift a cellphone... But now i'm on a pile of joint supps, including topicals so hopefully it should get better quickly.

Yesterday was the end of the bottle. Weighed in today at 191. I'm at the leanest and most vascular i've ever been. My waist went down about 3/4-1 inch, while maintaining size elsewhere (even putting on a little at shoulders.

Its really a pity my tendons weren't keeping up with me. I would have been able to keep adding strength nicely even with the clipped calories if it wasn't for them.

Was a very nice cycle, with 0 in noticeable side effects. I'm glad I have another bottle, i'll be taking some time off but definitely will use again.

Congrats on the cycle. Tendon pain sucks. I have jumpers knee and golfers elbow and I don't do either. LOL

You going to do any pics? I have always been impressed with the changes you have made!

Yeah, i'll try and take some tomorrow. The change is definitely visible. would have been even better if I wouldn't have had so much work travel but oh well.

Sounds like you met most of your goals, if not surpassed some Easy. Glad you liked it. How would you compare the chlorothoxy? I know you ran them back to back, but just wondering if you noticed a difference?

I'd say that the chlorathoxy seemed easier to add pounds on, but the turinabol-lv was easier to drop fat on. Although I had some fat loss on chlorathoxy, it seemed to put on pounds better than take them off (even though they were pretty clean).

heres a couple of crappy cellphone pics :)

I have the extra bonus this week of having some sort of sinus infection going on. So my appetite is low (but I also just feel like sleeping all the time). Haven't been to the gym in a week now, but thats at least a plus for my tendons.

This got bad enough by today that I seriously can't breathe through my nose at all. Blowing it, decongestants, saline rinse, afrin, whatever, it closes up again within seconds to minutes.

LMFAO only during cutting can we be happy when a flu or sickness comes up! i always tell ppl best fat burner is DEPRESSION, nice log thought! i was thinking of doing a 6-8 wk hdrol recomp-ish

It is pretty funny. The lives we lead...

This time i'm finally at where I know i'll have no difficulty getting back to whatever weight I want to over the next 6 months, so i'm just working on getting to being as lean as I want to be first. I've done the back and forth thing so many times and its gotten me slow slow results. this time I figure i'll get down to a sub 10% bf maybe around 180, then plan to gain an average of 1/2lb a week leanly over the next 6 months to put me back in the mid 190s but really lean.

Im debating on running hdrol from ntbm they r very generous with their botlles on serving size.

Halo is definitely nice for fatloss or recomp. if I can drop close to an inch off my waist while staying the same weight, its a good thing
