What's up guys?? It's been one of those days and as soon as suppers over I'm going back to the gym. Trained legs earlier couldn't do squats because it was apparently leg day for everybody.

Wanted to do another set of 90 but this dude had been standing there waiting since my 4th set.

I have been for the most part trying to incorporate that in most of my routines.
Its intense! I've been working up to 2-3rm then dropping into 10x10. Yesterday I did 265x8-8, 285x5, 300x5, 350x2, 345x2, 230 10x10

After that I do fst7 on leg extensions, then 3-4 sets of 60 calf raises

Simple program but absolutely brutal

How's going up your stairs after that lol. Ok I'm going see if I can do all that.
Its more of a slither really. Or a crawl if I'm being generous. Lol

Thanks man! Your upper body is catching up with your legs though. Your traps are thick as hell and your shoulders are getting a lot bigger as well

Just did spider curls for the first time today. Love them!

Spiders are a great isolation/peak movement.

Eh I've seen better ;)

haha totally kidding, I wish I was still bulking my max went down from 375 to now I struggle getting 315 for 3-4. :(
I can't wait to see what I can do on a bulk! 375 is a lot of weight!! I could only dream of getting that much at your age.

They were packed and everyone was wearing their pt clothes so must've been military pt or something going on, and I walk in with my (other supp companies) tank on lol stood out like a sore thumb. Took a break from deads today and was able to hit a PR on rack pull shrugs!!

I can't wait to see what I can do on a bulk! 375 is a lot of weight!! I could only dream of getting that much at your age.
I had to take a break after, all that training to get up there took its toll. Hopefully 405 is mine soon

Feeling so good that I don't know if I'll take another day off until I'm out of Supp-D! Worked chest today. Triceps were a little sore so instead of going heavy I took very short rests and super setted everything. I know they aren't "true" supersets but that's what I'm calling them.

Incline db bench ss with db flys
6 sets of 10 each 10 second rests between ss.

Decline bb bench ss with cable cross lowest position.
6 sets of 12 reps each 10 second rests between ss

Pec dec ss with cable cross highest position
5 sets 15 reps each 10 sec rests between ss

Pushups ss with cable cross middle position
7 sets 20 reps 8 second rests between ss.

Great pump, great energy throughout. Took 1 1/2 scoops Supp-D.

Ok so I'm not sure if it's the Supp-D or placebo or what but my libido is definitely up as well as "sexual aggression" and aggression in general. Almost feels like I'm on a cycle. Call me crazy

I have noticed a slight increase as well and the only thing that changed was me starting supp-d, so no your not crazy!
