Punthra is stacking on the winter mass with Epi-strong

My tendons are like steel cords... When I approach their maximum weight limit they fray and unwind...

- did i mention 305x6 on the incline....BOO YA!!!!!
- weight seems to be really coming on this week...and no it's not the christmas goodies!
- chest pump hurt like a beeatch yesterday!!!
- libido has dropped a bit but the boys are still large and in charge
 
Also forgot to mention that it's really hard to hide that i'm on something right now....Muscles are rock hard, strength is rediculous, and v-taper is looking amazing right now!
 
I couldn't do that on regular lat pulldowns but i definitely find HS pulldowns easier!

Yah it's like I put most of my weight on my shoulders chest and lats.... remember me talking about the pronouced V-Taper in my log? :drillsergeant:

awesome strength as usual Jason and good to hear you have gotten great results. 305lbs on barbell incline wow! Mass monster ville I foresee. I know of some pros who cant move that kind of weight like Troy Alves
 
Ya, I'm pretty happy right now!!! Troy Alves can't move 300 on the incline? That shocks me! Well, either which way i'm happy with the strength increases and the way this run has gone!

How much you weighin in at right now, I know you were doing some recomp and the gains on this are very dry. I went for more of a straight bulk but still feel I was a bit leaner afterwards.
 
I'm weighing in at 247 this morning! Very happy....

I'm all good. Been a bit ran down with the flu over the holidays. Back in the gym tomorrow and PCT has been started. Hope everyone had a great holidays. Current morning weight is 248 after my morning crunch...LOL!
 
Just a little bit big the Jason. 248 I can barely bench that. Okay maybe I am going a little far there but it is big at 5'10. BEAST!!!!
 
I've been taking things easy and resting up as well. I'm back in the gym next week, have a monster stack planned.
 
Will be training chest / back this afternoon. Will update later....The plan is one heavy exercise each for chest & back and then superset the rest of the way through.

- great week considering everything had to be modified for a shortened week

- my PCT stack is treating me well! How can it not when you have the whole kitchen sink....
 
I didn't even try to workout last week. Its been around 3 weeks for me now, and I didn't hit the gym today either. Bad way to start the new year :P

I had to work out last week. Have to use the next couple of weeks to get my own testosterone rolling!
 
Knowing how successful this run has been for you I am that much more annoyed I won't be running it until March.. Arghhh!!!
