- I officially apologize that there are no videos, it was my wife's birthday this weekend. So i had to get my training in where i could on my own as dave and I had conflicting schedules. Fingers crossed on a whole weeks worth this week.
- pretty happy with my numbers on my squats as i my core now actually feels comfortable to handle those poundages
- pretty sure the Y is a flamingo gym, as their were alot of people looking at me funny while i was training legs....Lots of arms being trained...LOL!!!
- feeling so good right now with training and diet that i might try doing a two on one off, without the the extra day at the end of the week that i have been using...Then again, some times it's not smart to mess with a good thing.
- missed the energy of having a training partner this weekend as i could have used a bit of a kick in the a**!!!

Mattrag, i thought i was going to up the reps but i think i'm just going to vary them week to week. I find that the lower rep stuff does give a different hang to the muscle but generally hypertrophy rep ranges are the best for bodybuilding. Best of both worlds for me! Once i begin the dieting at the end of february, the lower rep stuff will have to disappear.
 
Green, I had to hit up the promo as i would love to try the product. Really enjoyed 50HP, but would love to try a wet compound for a bulk. Haven`t really ran much since late August, so i`m getting itch again.

Just wanna say BE CAREFUL when it comes to your cuffs. I've torn both of mine (neither in the gym) and it can screw up what exs you can EVER do if you tear it. I can't do flat benches, can't do BB military presses...etc.. I go thru periods where I can bench (last tried maybe 5 years ago but sooner or later I will just be a hair off during part of a lift and my cuff just yells "NOOOO BUUUDDY"). just saying to be safe, don't do anything that causes ANY discomfort for a while.

Totally agree with you...I've continued to ice and heat my shoulder while constantly working on rotator strengthening exercises. Shoulder felt great for arms today.
