Cardio done for the day, was a bit hard considering i DESTROYED all my last weeks PR's on yesterday's leg sessionI've estimated I've lost at least 6lbs so far but its honestly really hard to tell exactly how much because last week i was 230 and now i'm 233 but i have been in a consistent calorie deficit and maintaining at least 200grams of protein per day. Honestly think i'm putting on some muscle
