One year anniversary, was hospitalized for ulcerative colitis. Truly explained why I felt horrible all those years. Long story short... used to be a solid 180...and at any given time i would drop down to 130 because of UC...in less than 6 weeks.

Tired, on predisone (sp), mentally and physically exhausted...I under went a surgery (life or death) to remove a large intestine that was about to burst. I was newly married and at the time...only 29.

Since then... I've been able to tranform my body (at will) and push it beyond limits without several internal parts.

No time delayed products take here.... lmao

John...I'm sure you know what kind of surgery I had...
