Day 23 thoughts
Feeling so sore, all muscles are KILLIN, did weights in the morning, strained my back a bit and after rolling just aching even more.
Grappling went awesome tho, my ground game was so good tonight, this weight loss has really increased my speed and muscle endurance, my strength hasn't gone anywhere damn still breakin PR's, last time I went to 170 I lost some strength and felt super drained, so far so good, only 7 pounds away and feeling FANTASTIC!!!! Kill or be Killed baby
I def upped the cals and carbs today, my body needed it!...tomorrow is gonna kill LOL
Erase - still feeling good effects, still leaning out, I noticed during the warm up and burpies today my shoulders were poppin like crazy, not sure if this is a drying effect or just the fact I've pushed my body to it's limit of soreness lol I plan on staying at 3 caps a day untill monday thenI'll go back to 2 caps, I might bring it back to 3 caps a day on the last week of cutting.
Blue Growth- Took awhile to sleep last night but once I was out I wasn't getting up, I didn't want out of bed today lol, and yesterday was one of the weirdiest most vivid dreams ever lol
Carnobolic and Phyto Testosterone- Added these today, didn't notice anything yet, will take 4 caps of both a day, 4 caps of Carnobolic Pre-mma training, seems like my muscle endurance was out of this world....very interested on taking Carnobolic pre-training tomorrow
