That is great to hear on the workout for sure.

As per your questions. That was the original write up before we made the most recent alterations of the product. I will see what I can come back with for exact amounts.

~200 mg's caffeine per serving. I would NOT take more than 1.5 scoops unless you weigh 800 lbs :D

aha sounds good, I'll stick to 1 scoop for weight workouts and 1 scoop of Jack3d before my second training session.

I'm very excited to try it for my weight workout Monday:D

Day 23 thoughts
Feeling so sore, all muscles are KILLIN, did weights in the morning, strained my back a bit and after rolling just aching even more.

Grappling went awesome tho, my ground game was so good tonight, this weight loss has really increased my speed and muscle endurance, my strength hasn't gone anywhere damn still breakin PR's, last time I went to 170 I lost some strength and felt super drained, so far so good, only 7 pounds away and feeling FANTASTIC!!!! Kill or be Killed baby:D

I def upped the cals and carbs today, my body needed it!...tomorrow is gonna kill LOL


Erase - still feeling good effects, still leaning out, I noticed during the warm up and burpies today my shoulders were poppin like crazy, not sure if this is a drying effect or just the fact I've pushed my body to it's limit of soreness lol I plan on staying at 3 caps a day untill monday thenI'll go back to 2 caps, I might bring it back to 3 caps a day on the last week of cutting.

Blue Growth- Took awhile to sleep last night but once I was out I wasn't getting up, I didn't want out of bed today lol, and yesterday was one of the weirdiest most vivid dreams ever lol

Carnobolic and Phyto Testosterone- Added these today, didn't notice anything yet, will take 4 caps of both a day, 4 caps of Carnobolic Pre-mma training, seems like my muscle endurance was out of this world....very interested on taking Carnobolic pre-training tomorrow:D

I am tryna figure out the best wat to squeeze some sessions in. What I was thinking was on my upper body days I would go to the fight gym right after my workout. I figured it would be better to be tired while boxing rather then to be fatigued while lifting. How far apart do you space your lofting from training?

I get my weight workouts in around 12pm latest 2pm then do stand up or ground 7:30pm so I get about 5-6 hours of rest inbetween the weights and mma training.

I'm lucky I don't have to work Mon to thurs, and can still train in the morning friday and sat cause I don't start my shifts untill 4pm-2am. I don't have any schooling so I pretty much get to focus on training during the week. Only other thing is Mon,Wed,Fri I train my neighbours son.

Personally I wouldn't like doing boxing right after a weight workout, just because it's not enough time to recover and performe good. I find if I get get 4-8 hours of rest inbetween and getting a couple meals in before I train again I feel 100%.

What I will do when I really want to focus on getting skill again is I'll do MMA training 2 times a day 5 days a week and add in 1 whole body weight circuit once every 2 weeks, I find It maintains my muscle mass and strength.
 
MesoMorph first impressions and 1st day review

Apperance-10/10 Look a little bit bigger then Jack3d, serving size is 1 scoop and the scooper is bigger then the Jack3d scoop.

Taste- 9/10- Really good for a pre-workout, I'm not a grape person but it's still good, the taste is prob a bit better then the other pre-workouts, would love to see them do a blue raspberry flavour:D, I took a couple chugs before mixing it with my other pre-workout stuff.

Endurance- Can't really say anything about endurance yet, my body is freaking killing from the last 2 days, I'll have to give my thoughts on this Monday when I'm feeling 100%

Strength- Again hard to say, I wasn't feeling like my strength was good today, pretty much all my muscles are in pain before going into the workout lol But I did make a PR on barbell curls with 80lbs for 30 reps, but my body just felt too much pain going heavy so I tried 80lbs instead, I'm interested too see what the strength increase is Monday.

Pumps- 12/10 WOW past a perfect 10 on this one, I wasn't aiming for Pumps during this type of workout and it was the best feeling Bicep Pump I've ever felt, it was pretty sick! The Creatine Nitrate lives up to the hype for pumps, wow better pump then P-slin/Hemovol and Glycergrow combo I've done.
I'd be a little afriad to stack this and Glycergrow together lol, the pumps may be too much lol

Energy- I really can't give a fair output on this, I just felt drained and sore going into the workout, I'll see how it does Monday as well when I feel 100%


Final first day thoughts
Very impressed with the Pumps, damn I can't wait to try this during a whole body workout, even the pumps in my abs from the ab workout I did were better then normal, freakin awesome, sadly I feel beat up and muscles are killin, but when I try it Monday I'll feel 100% and be able to compare the energy, strength and etc to the other Pre-workouts.

Nice review, I've got some but yet to try it yet.

Day 27
Ok well I took Thursday off for a rest day then woke up feeling sick then went to work. Sat and sun I'm workin all night, hopefully I feel 100% monday morning, it's been hectic at work having to train new guys then they quit right away...ugh, so I have no idea if I'm working monday or not, I hope not so I can get a couple hard workouts in.

Still taking everything as normal, down to 2 caps of Erase a day tho. Nothing new to report except Blue Growth at 6 caps pre-bed has been giving me amazing deep sleep!

Also have been taking Mesmorph pre-work and feeeel super pumped after taking it lol

Will update more Monday.

MesoMorph Update- 2nd workout with it

Taste- 9/10- Still enjoying the taste, prob the easiest pre-workout drink to chug back.

Endurance-12/10 wow ok one thing I didn't expect was a big endurance boost, I thought the Creatine Nitrate was gonna end up over pumping me up during kickboxing and grappling, but not at all, endurace was amazing today, I was shocked!

Strength- 10/10 I felt really good power during kickboxing, I still wanna try it out before a chest/shoulder and legs.

Pumps- 12/10 Amazing, I didn't get over pumped during mma training like I thought, I had wicked vascularity and looked dry and pumped, but did'nt feel over pumped, my muscle endurance felt fantastic.

Energy- 12/10 Wicked energy, very clean energy.

Creatine Nitrate- 12/10 My new fav creatine, 1 big effect I'm noticing is that it doesn't bloat like Mono dose, if anything it makes me look more dry and gives effects like mono but right away, it's only the 2nd workout and wow, I've been taking half scoop everyday before work and I look a bit pumped all day. I need to order some bulk Creatine Nitrate for sure now.

2nd workout thoughts
Super happy, so far this is the only pre-workout supplement that I feel worked better then N2KTS and I LOVE N2KTS. Can't wait to have some more tomorrow:D




Carnobolic Update- Seems to be working well with MesoMorph, I feel like It's def assisting in the lactic acid buffering.

Well good news and bad news today, Good news first!- First workout was amazing!, felt so damn good, loving MesoMorph! Bad news- been waking up for the last 5 days with a sore throat and today after my workout it really got sore so I went to the walk in and yup I have Strep Throat AGAIN!!! :@

I had strep throat 5 times in 1 year and then didn't get strep throat for 1 year and now got it twice in the last 6 weeks. Before the doctor told me I should get my toncils out...but I'm avoiding that lol

Well I didn't get a fever this time, most times I get strep throat I get a bad fever, so I guess it's a bonus I didn't. So I have to take Anti-biotics for the next 10 days, not sure if I should be mixing supplements with it butttt I'm going to anyways LOL

Tomorrow I'm gonna get some more good training in, strep throat or not I will TRAIN!!! lol

I've been fighting a cold that turned in to a sinus infection for over a week, I still can't convene myself that my 2 little boys will get me sick, they been getting me sick over and over again :banghead:

Get yourself antibiotics and you'll be back to normal in no time ;)

Ya they gave me some antibiotics, 10 days of Biaxin Clarithromycin Extended-Release Tablets lol, they gave me that instead of penicillin because I'm allergic to penicillin.

Day 30 Erase Update- I went down to 2 caps a day, but what I'm doing diff is taking it more near pre-bed and noticing I'm lookin much more dry and leaning OUT!

Day 30 Blue Growth Update- been cycling 5 caps and 6 caps pre-bed, having very deep sleep and vivid dreams, also helping recovery.

3rd and 4th workout on MESOMORPH- wow pumps are unreal, honestly my new fav pre-workout, I really didn't think I would like anything more then N2KTS, but this beats it! I'm loving how dry and hard the pumps are with no bloating this Creatine Nitrate is freaking awesome! I wanna order some now from there bulk line.

Carnobolic Update- I do feel less lactic acid, I believe this is gonna be an awesome supplement for me during grappling and kickboxing!

I felt a little sick this morning, but the more the day went on the better I started feeling, stayed away from the MMA gym, don't wanna get anyone sick, my friend Kenny is fighting for the Hybrid Amatuer belt in November so last thing I wanna do is get him sick during this training camp lol

So my training this month has been messed up due to getting sick NON STOP lol, but I put in a real good day of weight training today, hopefully I feel even better tomorrow morning!

I went a light on deadlifts, my back seemed to get pissed last time I tried heavy so I'm gonna go up slowly this time. Also didn't go to heavy on squats today, but stuck to real slow reps going down and very explosive going up.


Gonna be hard to beat yesterday's women aha, but here some chicka chicka's

I took today off, I was pretty busy, but tomorrow I'll get some real good training in!




Only update is took 6 caps of Blue Growth pre-bed last night and holy ****, I think it's the longest I've ever slept in, got a good 12 hours and the damn dreams were so vivid and deep, weirdest dreams, trying to get away from tornados lol, felt like a long dream too....damn tornados chasing me LOL

Day 36 Erase Update- Still getting good effects, looking more leaner after todays workouts:)

Day 36 Blue Growth Update- Sleeping effects seem to keep getting better, when I used HGHUP and Powerfull I noticed sleep wouldn't be as good longer I used it, but seems to be the opposite.

MESOMORPH- The energy from this is amazing, just loving it!!! Would be really awesome to use if you just focused on weights, the pumps are sick!

Carnobolic Update- Increase in muscle endurance is very noticeable.

PhytoTestosterone- Starting to feel a bit of a test boost.


Overall thoughts on Day 36Well my run went better then last time and for my second workout my kickboxing felt awesome and when I did grappling today I'm getting better and better, my speed has picked up so much, I'm very excited to compete at 170lbs!

Bad news- My 3rd round of grappling I got a triangle from the bottom and turned it over to a mounted triangle and my ankle had way to much pressure on it and overstretched then made a loud POP and I stopped and moved my ankle and it was pretty sore, but my muscles were very warm so it didn't bug me through the rest of the rounds.

But after the workout when my body started to get colder the pain set in, it hurts a lot to turn my left foot to the left, feels like it wants to go out of place or something, I never hurt my ankle before :(

I'm gonna take tomorrow off keep icing it and mega dose Omega369 and Super Cissus, if it is a bit injured I really hope it's not gonna be more then a week :( I guess I'll see how it feels with in the next couple days.

Sorry to hear about your ankle buddy :( Same thing happened to me once when I had a bodytriangle from the back with a rear neck choke. The guy started pushing my legs apart and my kneecap popped :rant: Well it happens - I'll get him back sometime though :lmao:

Ya I'm hope it's just one of those things that take a week to heal, I woke up today and my damn knee can barely move, there is pain in my knee going down to my ankle :( It's weird my knee wasn't hurting last night and I can barely walk now. I think if I get up tomorrow and it's not a little bit less sore I may go to the doctors and get an Xray.

Today I'm just layin in bed all day gonna get lots of cal's in today as well. I woke up at 174lbs this morning so I think I can get away with a high cal day. No junk food but maybe a pizza I'll see lol

Well I've been pretty depressed thinking about my ankle and the fact that I can barely walk, so I had one hell of a cheat me, I've been craving for the last 2 months and being depressed today just messed it up lol

Ok I don't cheat often but if I do....I got hard lol

Cheat meal- 8 slices of pizza, 3 bags of chips and 2 packs of sour patch kids....LOL

Ya it's gonna take a week to get that meal off lol, I don't think it will stop me from getting my goal of 170lbs by the end of this cause I was at 174lbs this morning.

I took today off, just did 1 sets of push ups, dips, chin ups, pull ups and v-ups.

But ya the ankle is suckin pretty bad right now, gonna get up early and get some Xrays and see whats up!
 
Get those X-Rays yes. Let's hope it isn't anything too serious. The fact that you can barely walk sounds pretty bad though, but I'll keep my thumbs up for you and hope it goes away in a few days :thumbsup:

Try and keep your head up! This will only be but a moment in time when its all said and done! Always hard to look at it that way when the time is here but when it passes you will think huh. . . :outtahere: was only for a moment!

Well I went to the doctors, I don't know what to think but Canada health care is free so I guess you get what ya pay for......... He didn't give me X-rays...he said I'm gonna give you these pills and with in 5 days you will feel 100%!.....and then he gave me 5 days worth of anti-inflammatory/Naproxen.....I just feel like thats what 90% of doctors do just hand ya pills and say there ya go ugh, I'll give it 5 days with them and if it doesn't work OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!! lmao
