Legacyfighter said:Good job everyone. For a second I thought I was going to walk away with all four. Honestly, I'm glad I didn't. I now have new goals and a higher standard for what high reps truly means. Because of all this friendly competition I have set some huge PRs in dips, pull-ups, bench, military, and rows. Also, I never realized how much dips really hit my chest. I haven't done them in a year because they never seemed to hit any particular muscle well for me, but when I go super heavy or max rep they destroy my chest and tris. Thanks for the new/re-found chest and tri builder, and thanks for pushing me to work harder.
Congrats to everyone who entered the competition, especially to evandem and daft. You two definitely inspired me to work harder.
Finally, thanks to bdcc and PES for sponsoring this awesome competition. I will be more than happy to run a log of any products I buy. You guys have some awesome products, and I can't wait to use and help get the word out about your products.

Also Evan- how the hell are so strong kid! 18, fugg, Damn brotha you got a bright future in this game! Nergy, tuton, and djbomb- all also great competitors- man I wish I had guys like you bros in my gym, we would certainly train together! Thanks for all the great competition fellas!
Lastly, what else can we say about PES- great products, incredible customer service, extremely generous promotions- and they got super rep bdcc working for em= winning! Seriously though, a major thank you is due to pes, and specifically bdcc! Ben(bdcc) kept this running smoothly, was encouraging and supportive to all competitors, all while keeping it very fair and unbiased. These kind of promotions can be tough to keep everyone happy and ben really did an excellent job and should be commended. Truly a stand up guy and pes is lucky to have him.
congrats to the winners
