PES Norcodrene ??

This is an interesting looking profile. I've got some research to do! Not going to spill the beans but I'm very interested in what the write-up says about these ingredients.

I guess the ingredient writeups will come tomorrow. But if anyone can pull any cool data on the 4 "unusual" compounds and how they work well together, reps for attempts!

cirsium flavones enchance adipocyte differentation and glucose uptake

is the GSE for spermidine?

amentoflavone sounds very familiar, is this something thats been around for a while? its very interesting to read about, inhibits fatty acid synthase, and im guessing it also has something to do with mood because of the opoid recepter stuff and something to do with gaba. some of this reading is going over my head lol

If Steve (Schizm) asks me anymore questions the flying ninja monkeys will be sent to his house.

Ahhh, so THAT'S what was circling around my house this weekend....and why my yard was covered in poop...dang man....dang...

Off to pubmed!

Wow ask and u shall receive, a full label!! When's this set to drop? Or is this the quasi drop lol. Real leak u think? Seems like it is...

Exciting... I wonder if I order from the three letter store, if it will really arrive in 1-2 weeks like their site says. Not that I would have use for it until the spring...

i love how amentoflavone makes me like a king...
formula looks fukin epic, want now!!!!!!

Will this bring anything to the table over alphamine as a thermogenic? The bar has been set pretty high

The write up shouldn't be too far away and should help address exactly what to look for with this new thermogenic. :)

Are any of these ingredients a GDA then or no?

I believe something of that sort was mentioned, but coop also said some of the MOAs should be pretty novel. Excited for the write up...and if anyone isn't signed up they should hit the insider because it will most likely be sent out sometime soon. :)

The mood is great...I find myself way too friendly some day

That information is not accurate. But it is helpful in letting us know where it came from.

There is only 100mg caffeine per capsule...not much caffeine needed with this formula

Nomilin was Cooper's discovery...it is a TGR5 agonist

This is actually a relatively new mechanism that is on the forefront of research. Quite an impressive pathway to say the least

Gonna post the writeups soon (they're done but formatting to forum posts is a bitch) but these are pathways you've never seen before in a supplement. It's known as TGR5 agonism. Just to give you an idea of how new and powerful this pathway is, go ahead and google "TGR5 agonist" and look at how many pharmaceutical companies are researching their own product. Nomilin, in norcodrene, is the strongest naturally occuring TGR5 agonist in existence.

Here's a good read on the topic: Invalid Link Removed

Suffice to say, I can't really categorize it because it's the first of its kind

I am impressed! Your research abilities are unparalleled sir. Way to make break into the supplement game by exploiting a new pathway. Me thinks PES is going to have an exciting future with you on board

You could do something like Norcodrene in the morning, and Alphamine in the afternoon/evening.

The golden question..
Would one be stronger/more effective than the other.. Or are they totally different..
Seems like the effects are similar but we're looking at bunk labels..

I figured that much, was just implying don't take it with other stims together at the same time ;)

I mean, Alphamine and Enhanced both punched well above what the listed caffeine content would have suggested in the energy department ;)

A stim free version sounds pretty good unless the caffeine gives it more of an effect. But stim free sounds like it can stack nicely with a few supps

We've been using it for quite some time. Very interesting to say the least. Glad your able to explore those pathways man. OLE has been a staple of mine for the past 3 years. Couple grams a day
