For myself personally, I've found that the only way I can cut BF and gain strength/muscle at the same time(naturally, without any PED), is having protein and fat be the vast majority of my caloric intake. It's very slow(bc you usually cut or gain without roids), but it works. I'm not a bodybuilder so I'm in no rush. I think this method will get you only as low as around 10% though. I don't think my BF is low enough where I need a lot of carbs to function anyways, as my energy levels are the same whether my carb intake is high or low at this point.
I will def try 2 scoops next time.
