Thanks to Chaos and Pain for the oppt to log this dual stack!! I look forward to seeing results. I will be logging at least 3x or more a week. Starting tomorrow.

Long week at work. We got the head dog from Dept of Homeland Sec coming in for a tour. I have to dress in a scba tank and level b suit. Oh joy!! Lol not.
Still no where that i'd like them to be Kat. I don't know why but last month been rough in terms of feeling sleepy and tired all the time. Well I do have to keep telling myself I have a 7 month old baby lol. Anyway it was very rough in that suit and mask today. I dripped nasty sweat all over lol. Glad its done with. Hitting up gym later.

Today hit up some chest. I started using coconut oil and going to try and do different things with it.
Chest:
incline barbell press: 135 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 215 lbs x 4, 275 lbs x 2
flat db bench press: 55 lbs x 8, 85 lbs x 8,8
cable flyes: 70 lbs x 10,10,10
pec deck: 150 lbs x 10,10,10
