OK, the M1D/MMV2 cycle is officially over and now time for PCT. I started at 158 lbs and currently I am 168, a nice 10 lb gain. The diet was not perfect but I just ate a lot, no not tons of junk. some lbs are surely BF but I was coming off of a cut and wanted to build back up. I experienced ZERO negative sides other than a little acne on the rear shoulder/tricep area. Numbers went up each week in wt lifted OR reps. Hunger increased especially after I brought in the M1D. One def area of growth was the bicep which increased from 15" to 15 1/2".

I would def recommend this stack to anyone, it is extremely mild yet produces strength & weight gains. I love the non-methyl aspect and the light PCT, saves money and decreases health issues in comparison to a methyl. I made the same progress from an epi cycle without all of the hassles of support/pct supps.

I will continue the log through PCT and include end of cycle pics and then pics at the end of PCT.

Nice summary thus far! 1/2" on bicep is no joke --- neither is 10lbs of weight gain.

I cannot imagine doing much better than MMV2/M1D . . . BUT I LOVE IGF-2 and it will def make a difference. I used it during my cut and kept size & strength.

it just seems like I went from 30s to 35s . . . so I didnt want to push it.

Energy: For the first time I felt jittery on the way to the gym, probably from a lousy lunch= more effect from AS. But NO MMV2 to give more kick but I was antsy! Stomach felt weird for the first 1/2 of w/o but the energy seemed to get better throughout the w/o. Spent 1 1/2 hrs and still wanted more.

Strength: Maybe I should've gone w/M1D for 6 weeks. I dont know but today I felt super-strong and did not tire. Is this when M1D really kicks in?!?!?! Or is it the Mass Monster Shake w/Pslin that gets me pumped?

Pump: Insane! The pslin almost KILLS my biceps, they were HUUUUGE and pumped to where it almost hurt.

OK, sorry I have been away . . . it always happens in late March. I get really busy with coaching at school, my team that I play on is starting up, and many meetings in March.

I will be back in the gym today, just been sooo exhausted with all of the extra things after work.

I was going to tell you, to split it up but then I read it..What Helped me when I ran pSarm was a little food just prior to my w/o and last dosing, and allot of water.

I didnt have great energy because I have had long nights the past week. Strength is pretty much the same just not the same fullness that I noticed on M1D. Vascularity is the same, probably from the pslin shake pre/intra/post workout. I need th check my wt but I am sure I dropped some since my eating habits have been bad with a busy schedule.
 
Face pulls...is that the exercise where you hook up headgear and look like Hannibal?

nahh... attach the ropes to the overhead cable station. your grip should have your index finger closest to your head. curl it to 90 degrees, then use your delts to move the ropes back like you were doing reverse butterflies.

Very happy with the strength today, never gone that heavy on rows, DB or BB! Felt really good between sets, I just wanted to hop from exercise to exercise with minimal rest, almost one giant superset. I need to get my wraps so I can do more rows, kept losing grip because I have munchkin hands that dont wrap around the bar.
 
Nice weights P, When I go real high on DB rows I'll start losing grip, I tend to stay away fromt he wraps though, you will see in time your grip strength will catch up and yo might not need them.. Keep it up man, :thumbsup:

definitely like workin the grip to get ready for water skiing during the summer. I am feeling my lower back right now from those heavier BB rows, should be even worse tomorrow.
