I thought I was gonna puke! On the 2nd set when I got to 15 I was dizzy/light-headed, almost dropped after the 20th. I am happy that I did my bodyweight for 2 sets of 20, next week I will stick with 165 til its a little easier.

Energy: I had the enrgy to finish even though after squats I felt like crap. Took a little rest . . . 3-4 minutes, then hit the tris. felt good on every set, wts seemed light. I dont want to go much heavier on skullcrushers, tend to hurt my elbows then I have to start downing the cissus.
Strength: Squats are going up easier each week and legs are looking fuller. Also, tri exercises are getting easy at some decent wt, increased reps on skullcrushers. Next week I will put up 65 +bar and ss with close grip bench, that'll burn them up.
Vascularity/Pump: tris were full and pumped by the FST-7 set. Veins showing up more in upper chest/front shoulder area, looking nice.
I am staying pretty lean even though I have been eating a little "dirty" having ice cream and pizza a little too often. I need to clean up the diet as I finish up. I have been eating good BB foods too: chicken, steak, rice, oatmeal, red potatoes.
