Energy: Felt good all day, nothing spectacular . . . no real change.

Strength: Took it kind of easy on my legs since it is my 2nd leg day this rotation, still a little sore from Sat workout. I did go heavier than other squat days when I hit 235, usually been going with 3x225x8. Thought I should change it up since the other day is a 20 rep routine. No problem hitting parallel on the heavier lifts, at 185 and under I went deep ATG for a good stretch.

Hunger: Sky high! I keep wanting to eat so I guess my body wants to G R O W.

NO real change by upping the dosage today, I will keep things monitored so you know of any sides. My wife did notice some bumps on my tricep so slight acne on the shoulder/tri area . . . I guess that is good since it means increased test.

Energy/Strength:

Strength: Reps or wts increased for all. No way I can get 35s up for hammer curls in a superset if I keep increasing on BB curl. Once I get 3 sets of 10 on the BB curl maybe I'll go to 35s on the hammers.

Pump: Arms were tight and full once I hit the curls, and the bicep veins were very pronounced even though BF has increased since the cut. I did feel some in my chest maybe from the good stretch during incline.

Appetite: I am always hungry so I hope I get some good growth.
 
Man, 8 mmv2's? How you finding that?

Oops, typo error . . . I am running 2/2/2 and I feel GREAT. I guess the primary side effect since upping the dosage of M1D & MMV2 has been increased hunger. Man I eat and withing 45 min I am hungry again.

Energy: same as usual which is AWESOME! My workout never lags or gets difficult from fatigue. By the time I get to the FST-7 set I still feel ready and pump out the 7 sets with ease.

Strength: I feel confident each time I add some wt to the bar, like its no big deal. I am still able to keep good form as I increase with some significant wt.

Pump: Dont feel it as much on back day but I look full and bigger than my 163 lbs . . . thats a good thing.

Hunger: really increased after upping the M1D, I eat and then eat some more. Post w/o is the worst, I am too tired to eat but I have to.

Tomorrow is legs, 20 rep squats!

Thanks Craig for your support. I should have applied for the LG log but figured I could use a break after this run that started on Jan 1. That and I am gone for spring break for a school trip nor no training, bad food . . .

I still want to run dienedrone but this is going so nicely I figure I will just keep an LG cycle. I have used many "mass" supps and I am starting to like M1D the most based on effects and cost effectiveness. Some things must be run with 2 $50 bottles and for 6-8 weeks to see proper effects, M1D I can get away with a $50 bottle for 4-6 weeks with a mild PCT and see better results.

I used M1d years ago and really liked it: great mass gains! I am 2 weeks in and getting stronger quite quickly and looking fuller. The best part is it is so mild even as I upped the dose to 4/4, no negative sides other than a little back acne, mainly on my rear delts/tris. I also like the light PCT of Formadrol. Some have used T911 and continued gains so maybe I will do that, not sure yet.
 
T911 is quite a treat in PCT ;)

It sounds nice but since I have Formadrol from the Trifecta Stack might as well use it. I can use the T911 solo or maybe save it for something a little stronger like the Dienedrone that I have waiting for me.

Energy: Pumped and mentally ready for the 20 rep squats so I picked up a notch. As I got closer to 20 I was taking several breaths and regaining energy/focus.

Strength: after I researching I wanted to go heavier than the 140 and fewer sets. Realized that 4 sets was too much so I should have gone heavier. I jumped to 145 for 1st set and not too bad so 2nd set was 155. Hopefully I will be doing more than bodyweight before summer.

Oh, tried LG BCAAs today, nice flavor just looks like I'm drinking a blended up Smurf!

Very excited for 2 reasons:

2- just ordered bulk pslin and all of the goodies to go with it: WMS, dextrsoe, BCAA, BA, creatine . . . gonna make me a MASS MONSTER SHAKE! Hopefully I will have everything for the weekend workout!

I also did some curls, heavy/lo rep & lt/hi rep . . . just a couple of sets of each to pass time since I was at the gym.

I will focus on deads every other week and I split my xtra workout between squats and back to bring these 2 areas up.

Energy: excited to do DL since I have not done them in a while during my cut. Now that I am looking for growth they are back in my repertoire. I did low reps so I can keep my energy and get to the heavier wts, I know 295 is not that heavy but I will work on that. Even after DL I wanted to do more, still had energy.

Strength: tough to gauge since no deads in a while so I will look at increases the next few weeks.

Hunger: still killing me so I need more carbs for growth. I will take some rice to snack on in class during the day.
 
How's the body weight? You gaining some pounds?
Log Summary: I started at 165 on 01/09 then I started to cut for 4 weeks for the AM contest, I got down to 154 by Feb 1. I started to relax in my diet for a week and then focused back in training with M1D/MMV2. I probably was about 158 when I started training, figure mostly water.

I am currently at about 163-164 lbs. That is UP about 6 lbs since my new diet. I am upping the cals for the next couple of weeks and hopefully that's when M1D really starts kickin A S S as most things kick-in in week 3. My wt goal is to get to about 175 and lean so that make a little more time.

Strength has really picked up, I am getting close to PRs from my Epi cycle so that is nice. I want o max out towards the end of cycle and see how close I am to strength goals:

Bench- 315 lbs
Squat- 350
Deadlift- 350

I figure these are respectable for a 5-7 and 175 lb guy.

Hard to gauge where I am now because I have not been doing BB bench, focusing on inclines.

PS: I am definitely gaining size back . . . . my arms were at 15", then during the cut I dropped slightly to 14 7/8. The past week I have checked and my arms have been about 15 3/8, hopefully I will get to 15 1/2! That's the only current measurement comparison, easiest one to do. I should check my thighs too.

sounds good man. your weight gain and measurements seem to jump around a ton, but come back fairly quickly. good luck with the max's! My highest I hit was around 315-320 and then i switched to DB and can't get it back up there for some reason
 
Yeah, I have to be strict. If I let up on my diet at all I drop wt easily, mainly muscle. When on vacation I take my protein and Xtend with me otherwise I will con=me back emaciated.

I thought I was gonna puke! On the 2nd set when I got to 15 I was dizzy/light-headed, almost dropped after the 20th. I am happy that I did my bodyweight for 2 sets of 20, next week I will stick with 165 til its a little easier.

Energy: I had the enrgy to finish even though after squats I felt like crap. Took a little rest . . . 3-4 minutes, then hit the tris. felt good on every set, wts seemed light. I dont want to go much heavier on skullcrushers, tend to hurt my elbows then I have to start downing the cissus.

Strength: Squats are going up easier each week and legs are looking fuller. Also, tri exercises are getting easy at some decent wt, increased reps on skullcrushers. Next week I will put up 65 +bar and ss with close grip bench, that'll burn them up.

Vascularity/Pump: tris were full and pumped by the FST-7 set. Veins showing up more in upper chest/front shoulder area, looking nice.

I am staying pretty lean even though I have been eating a little "dirty" having ice cream and pizza a little too often. I need to clean up the diet as I finish up. I have been eating good BB foods too: chicken, steak, rice, oatmeal, red potatoes.

Nice phase 2 weight gain man!

Yeah, I took a week between the cut phase and the phase 2 wt measurement for water wt and slight fat increase based on diet (more carbs!!!)

I finished the cut at 154, but after 1 week of a relaxed diet I was at 158. It is so exciting to be back in the 160s even though it is not as lean. Goal is to get to 175 over the next few months and lean up a bit. I think a 170 @ 9-10% bf would be nice. I am not worries about being RIPPED and 7-8% . . . I am married and 40! As long as I look good.

My arms were aching at the end, extreme PUMP

Energy: Awesome as I transitioned from set to set, made sure I rested enough even though I had the energy.

Strength: Making some great progress as wt and reps are increasing quickly in week 3.

Pump: INSANE on curls! I could barely take my shirt off because I couldnt bend my arms. Bicep veins were popping and the forearms were aching too.

Okay, chest DOMS really hit this evening! I rarely feel this much in my chest so I think this is GOOD, got a great w/o yesterday. Hopefully the pecs will be ready to go on Friday, that's the next time I hit them.

Yeah but I cant go deep because of a shoulder injury. If I keep it at 185 I can go to chest, at 205 I feel a pull in front delt so I dont go too deep.

Very nice today: students said I look "puffy and big", now I am not puffy but they do see that I am getting bigger in my arms/shoulder area . . . . shirts are just too tight now so that is a good thing. Arms are def bigger, measured at 15 1/2", up from 15" pre-cut cycle and 14 7/8" on my cut. So a nice 1/2" since Feb 1!

Tonight chest/biceps so keep em pumping up!

As I posted earlier today . . . people at work saying I look bigger! Nice to hear.

Thanks jakellpet! It is frustrating that I am strong for my size/build . . . sometimes rather be bigger yet weaker. See guys that got me by 30-40 lbs and def bigger muscles, but I put up more wt than most.

Had a great SWELL for several days after the "Mass Monster" Shake, gotta love it.

Those mass-monster shakes are a kicker, huh? I don't like taking all those empty calories too often, but performance is through the roof!

Oh GOD I love the performance aspect after just one w/o. Unfortunately I left my tub of WMS/protein at work so no Mass Monster today OR tomorrow OR the next day. And I was looking forward to the kick*ss effects. Oh well, just get it going during PCT
 
Hey CM, Ive only got about 5 more days of M1D/MMV2 . . . makes me sad :( I dont know when I will get to The ONE, maybe wait for mid-summer. I'll be watching your log so get some good gains!

yeah, my arms suck. Used to look like pipe cleaners haha. All my strength is in my back from my swimming days :bandit:
