Well its been a great weekend and im excted for next week as i get to WO all week with a mate of mine who just went back on cycle after a couple of years. Lets just say we are gonna have some insane WO's kid had 32' thighs when he was at his peak, this should be a fun week with some insane intensity.

Real meet-head gym with all the bells n whistles or i should say training with bands, boards and chains :)

Looking forward to something nasty from this week, guy is gonna wanna torture me but im a lot stronger and bigger than he remembers, this gonna be fun.

Have no idea what he has in mind re split but sure to be torturous :)

Well, 325 now due to the Natadrol/Prime stack I'm running now. Trying to get to about 310 or so with the second half of the stack. But yes, I plan to lean bulk a bit this winter. Unless I keep the cals up, it'll be more like a recomp (which I also don't have a problem with). But I don't wanna go under 300; just a personal preference. :sgrin:

No, I don't have any pictures up anywhere (my GF would kill me), but thank you for the compliment! I'm liking the results from my current stack, which is a slight cut/recomp. I'm even starting to see some abs come in! So we'll see where I'm at when the stack ends. I don't think I'm all that big, but people are always staring at me, and asking if/why I do/do not play football anymore. Um...'cuz I'm too old and have two bad knees? I think that's a good reason...LOL! So unless I wanna be Fat Albert, I gotta lift!

Not quite yet, LOL. You can see the top two, it's the lower that are giving me trouble. My biggest issue is patience. It takes time. This is probably the first time I've completely given my all. But, as long as I can look down and still see Mr. Happy, I've never complained. The abs will come. Thank you everyone for the kind words. You are making a bad day bearable. :irked:
 
I knew we were all a little hard on ourselves...but 335 with ANY abs kind of showing is nuts, like you should be training for Mr O nuts!

Nah, no plans to stand on stage, lol. But you could always LOOK like you belong on one. That's my ultimate goal, going from the football look to more of a bodybuilder look. It's just gonna take awhile, as I am still a "newbie." I admit that I don't know sh*t yet. But most if not all of the advice I've received on here so far is "spot on." But thanks to you guys (and the supps/training), DAMN I look good in my NFL Equipment compression shirts...or so I've been told. :yo:

Got another good nights sleep on the LG stack and i havnt used Ambien since starting, 11.30pm - 5.30am thats very good for me :)

Well got a real wake up call yesterday, my shoulder has really held my overall progress up. Yes i out benched my mate with a new PR 372 x 5 using thick 62lb bar

While he could only manage 1 Rep at that weight he easily out did me on dumb bell flys and all tricep moves. Bottom line my shoulder and triceps are way behind where they should be.

My shoulder remains healthy so really looking fwd to see what can be achieved as i get these 2 body parts more on line.

Not sure what he in mind today but if its back day hes the one in for a rude awakening :) Anyways great WO and good sleep from the LG stack at this point hard to comment on recovery

I am a little suprised that i havnt had much weight gain from the Dbosl 50-70mg a day, would have expected water and glycogen alone to have provided 7-10lbs, aggression is off the hook on these tho and if you were wondering? No AI has been used with Dbol or on any part of this cycle to date... My lack of estro sensitivity remains intact and Proviron is prevailing for me

Big Back Grips - These have worked wonders for me 3$ at any Golds gym

keep up the work man, i'm loving the sleep from this stuff, taking 1 i-gh-1 and 5 sprays works pretty good, but 2 caps and 5 sprays you better be near a bed or couch because ur gonna be out quick
 
I had a pair of fat grips, wore 'em out. Have some lynx grips now, they're lasting pretty well, but when they start dying I plan on picking up some of those black grips - they're just so cheap it's a no-brainer.

Also, I prefer GHenerate 5-on, 2-off. The rebound when start again after the 2 days off makes for amazing sleep.

Had great back/bi WO with my buddy was great to do differeent routine, as expected i smoked him on back, no deads :( unfortunately

I was lb for lb on bis, Back im in another league :AR15firing:

My right forearm did flare up when we were doing fat bar curls at 135lb so no additional recovery from the LG stack but prob early doors and hopefully additional recovery will kick in around day 10-14. Hope so coz im hitting it hard

Kid has legs and hes gonna want to show off tomorrow after my smoking him today, 32" legs

Agree. Those grips look interesting, are they to thicken the bar a bit like fat gripz or just to not F your hands up doing huge weights?

it thickens up the bar a bit so will strengthen ur grip,

but also give me insane grip on cable pulls etc

and for barbell/dumbell curls just protects ur hands when real heavy

3$ at Golds Gym give em a shot

Well now im just perplexed, bumped my Dbols up tp 70mg on back,chest and legs day and im losing weight and my strength is going up yet i do not feel or look anymore cut

Another good nights sleep on the LG stack starting to become a believer and really like this stuff. Still not a fan of the delivery, i just fell when i spray a) not always exactly the same amount b) there is some slippage, i can see that some is escaping my mouth in the form of mist, dropper would be much better IMO. Hate to waste the goodness :) I have felt no need to use my sleep medication. As far as recovery is concerned, im not experiencing anything as of yet and its probably to early to expect so.

Well its puking day :puke:

My last few leg sessions have been brutal and ive come close to passing out but never puking. Then again ive never worked out with a phcyco with 32" legs. Apprarently Arnold kept a puke bucket on hand for legs and my mate in London often has a good puke :) on leg day

Well i didnt get that nasty leg session in afterall

Had to watch the soccer :) great results for England and the USA

That being said i did the best i could by myself at my local gym and now its time to eat again :)

Last nights sleep was a bit broken up, ive got a lot on my mind right now and having known sleep would be an issue i would typically have dropped 10mg Valium and 10mg of Ambien to knock myself out.

i was bale to get back to sleep which is good but yet somewhat unusual, LG Stack def doing a great job in the sleep department.

Have a busy schedule today and fortunately its a day of rest from the weights.

Diet has remained clean but ive been consuming more carbs since hitting the Dbols as i push forward with my goal of the 500lb bench and i am up from 33.4" to 34" on the waist line.

Diet will remain the same for now but ill be keeping a very close eye on things anything over 34" will be reigned in by adding some cardio, id like to keep the carbs where they are for the duration of these orals.

Another thing i can do is is drastically reduce carb consumption on non WO days. This carb cycling has worked very well for me, i allowed a small relapse here just because i wanted a little extra weight.

I have no problem with zero carbs doesnt bother me at all, that being said lets cook up some steak and eggs :)

I actually count myself lucky to not be getting the Dbol bloat
