Yeah well you know I don't drink all that often. So i guess splurging yesterday wasn't all that bad. lol. Just when I decide to actually drink a few are always on the tab. ha ha ha

My wife makes
Margaritas from scratch. All fruit and tequila. Things are awesome. Much healthier too. I splurge when she makes them.

That's pretty much what I do too. I drink maybe once a month to two months, but when I do there is usually a few in there :friday:

lol. I have a margarita machine also. It just does not get used like it should. What is the flavor of choice when she make them?

They're traditional. There's something like 1 orange, 2 limes and a lemon in them. They're awesome. Lol

Well tonight is coming to a close. As far as my lower back, It is still a little sore. Not as bad as it has been over the last couple weeks. Last night was a tad ruff being the Soma doesn't last that long at all. I think I am going to get some of that Skelly balm and try that out. Now for the Rs-transaderm i have noticed an increase of teenage acne. I was like dude i went through puberty a long time ago. LOL... My hunger has leveled off but still a lot hungrier than I was before I started this. I can't say how stellar my workouts are because I haven't been able to. The first week obviously there was some strength gain which is why I probably messed up my back cause it wasn't ready for what I was doing. Not to mention my workouts and having very little rest between sets. Not the way the program was designed.

So a change in how I have been working out will have to be done. Lighter weights, more reps and focus on form.

Ha ha ha all these post about what they are going to be for halloween. Well here is one for you, I think I am either going to be the pilsbury dough boy ot the michellin man. Leaning more towards the pilsbury dough boy. Simply cause I am white and fat. Lol what is your thoughts?

Either one is good. But better enjoy it, because you wont have the option next year. You will be a lean Jeff by then! ;)

Ok this blows. I must be retaining water or something. I am up 8 fricken lbs. My appitite is gone crazy. Man I wish this would hurry up and heal so I can train. Cardio tonight I need to sweat and then sweat a little more.

I know the margaritas didnt help but not 8 lbs worth.

Maybe I need to get back on some fat burners? I have been off them since the end of last month. Basically 10 days.

Fat burners cause you to drop a lot of water weight. Some people will notice a rebound in weight due to the body adding water back into itself.

That and the Soma isn't great on the water retention. Watch your calories and stay off the scale while you are not in the gym. You can not gain 8 lbs of fat in 5 days. Relax man you weigh yourself entirely too often.

This is good advice. Listen to your bro-in-law!

Bad habit I know. I didnt even think about the soma helping with water retention. Duh, painkiller man why do you have to be right 99.9% of the time. Ha ha ha.

Ok here are my blood work results. Some things I don't really like and have no idea if it was because of my last cycle or it is just bad period. Either way some changes have got to happen. For those of you that know what your looking at please give me your thoughts.

Cholesterol and liver values look out of range but not too bad....I would pick up some Cycle Assist, Organ Shield, N2Guard, or something of that nature to get those levels back down.

I have some Pure Test and some PCT Revolution Black. I am going to look and see how there work for the liver and other organs. Maybe ScottyDoc will chime in and answer this.

Now as far as the RS- Transaderm is concerned I have read a few post that talked about the amount per pump. Well I can say this If I hold the bottle up right and shake it then do a pump it sprays sporadic. Sometimes you get a nice full spray, and some times it shoots out fast with very little comes out. Now when I spray the back I tend to hold the bottle upside down and the same thing happens. Hence why I use 6 pumps. Instead of 5 pumps.

it's a thick gel, when you shake it up it will take awhile for it to resettle on the bottom....try shaking a hour or more in advance of applying and you should have no problem....when you do your back, try applying to hand and rubbing it in instead of turning bottle upside down.

on a lighter note-very nice log, i am impressed- both with the log and how much progress you have made....nice job!!!!

As far as I know they don't (or atleast not to the extent that the others do). Go out and pick up one of the products I've already mentioned.

This! You need the support products to help turn around the LDL numbers.

Just typical bloods for someone who jumped from one mild cycle into another. You are or were shut down pretty good being at the bottom of the range not bad enough you will be losing a bunch of muscle or anything but I would start taking a Fadogia Product to keep it from getting worse or possibly improving the test levels before you end this run. You may want to see about adding some HCGen, or T-Force into your PCT with the PCT Revolution Black and the PURE TEST. If you are REALLY worried about it then shut this run down and start pct. However I don't see any health markers that are unexpected or at levels that you really need to worry about for the sort time you plan to finish this.

You could also cut out all carbs and that will drastically lower your cholesteral. However you might as well just take one of the support supps that DarkHalf mentioned.

I would recommend what Dark Half and Kleen already said. Them support supplements will help to get everything back in range. I would run the course on Transaderm, then have a good PCT lined up to get your test levels back to a decent level ;)

Not to sound ignorant what is a Fadogia Product? As far as the other stuff, I will look into some HCGen and N2Guard. I take it I can run the Cycle Assist, Organ Shield, N2Guard or what ever while running the transaderm? And I will order some HCGen or T-Force when I run the PCT.

Oh and as far as dropping carbs. I don't know if I could without being a complete jerk. On my workout days I already feel drained and have noticed my attitude has been a little edgier than normal. I actually may start adding in some pre-workout or creatine to help this out. Maybe even find some Betagen that I used to use when EAS made it. Not even sure if it is still made anymore or if there is something equal or better. Of course I am not sure which pre-workout or creatine to take now a days.

hcgenerate isn't cheap, but it is far more effective than t-force, imho.

i will continue to run the transaderm that is for sure. Only a few more weeks of that left

Thank you for this info. It is nice to hear what others think of product x.

All about the sourced raws. Hard to get great stuff cheap. Quality extracts are where it's at.

With the TForce you won't feel it as much as you do with the HCGen. I don't know that it means it is less effective of a product as far as the Fadogia goes. I know for a fact that T-Force works as I have taken it solo with good results.

The big difference is in the Fenugreek extract, and Divanilly in HCGen which will be of more benefit to you by freeing up the testosterone you already have. Even with a low count of 300 you can have a high count on free testosterone. The increased free test will effectively help you from having a cortisol episode once you stop the DHEA. Which will help keep extra muscle on your body and low cortisol means less fat storing as well.

you are wrong, lol. the i-force fadogia had way more effect than t-force did. i meant that t-force just plain isn't as effective as other fadogia products i have tried...if you are looking for a fadogia product and hcgenerate is out of your budget range, i recommend i-force any day, much more effective, imho.

Ah, I have not tried the iForce Fadogia. I just noticed a good alpha male and libido boost from the T-Force. Nothing like from when I took HCGen but I figured it had more to do with the fenugreek extract and the divanilly. As you can tell I am optiong for the HCGen myself. :)

no doubt, i-force fadogia is not in same class as hcgenerate as far as effects...i was just saying that if someone didn't have the budget for or hcgenerate was oos that i-force is much better quality than t-force...just trying to help my AM brothers out!!!

Nice, if i-Force is better than T-Force it is the way to go if one can not afford the HCGen. However if you can, go with the HCGen, test freeing, Zinc, good stuff in there. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MINE TO ARRIVE!!!!

TheBitT and kleen tried to give you both reps but I guess I need to spread more love around. Thank you both for this valuable information.

What is you guys opinion on these particular options. I was looking into this last night and the N2 guard looked really good compared to the others metioned.

I think n2guard and hcgenerate would both be really good for you right now.

So my back is feeling much better. I will be back in the gym as of this up coming Monday. I won't be throwing up as much weight for a while. I am going to back it down and focus on form and build up my strength. Time to cut and cut hard. I am going to bump up the cardio big time as well. To be honest I have not been focusing on the cardio as much as I should and it showed. I feel I should be alot leaner than I am and it is all from my own doing. I have been eating on point and putting time in the gym. Strength gains have been real nice considering I had been out of the gym for a long time. Once I finally get the cardio going again I have high expectations. When I was doing the P90x program and doing H.I.I.T. cardio I was trimming up nicely. I got burnt out on the cardio side of things and wanted to focus on the weights. Even though both go hand and hand, I failed in that department. I only have a few more months to hit my ultimate goal. So it is time to grind it out.

This run of Transaderm has been fairly nice considering I have been out of commission for 7 days. Hopefully I will lean out a great bit over the next few weeks. I have been retaining a good amount of water especially since I have been out of the gym.

Sometimes when i do lighter weight and more reps i actually seem to get better workouts, not worrying about the ego and all. Its all the mental game of not putting up as much sometimes. I hate injuries though. one of the most frustrating things there is with this hobby/sport/whatever you want to call it.

Monday is you're going to kill it man!

Get all problems out the way then hit the gym at 100%!!!

Just checking in. Good stuff in here man keep at it!

I know you are ready to get out there and kill it man. Dont let the water retention bother you a whole lot either. Keep the diet and the cardio on track and you will get there! ;)

Glad you are feeling better bro, I'm all caught up with your Log again, missing that week last week and only being able to spend half as much time on these forums per week as I am used to is not making it easy to keep up with all my friend's Logs believe me! Definitely take it easy on your come-back trail, no need to push it, you can definitely increase your lean body mass and shed unwanted fat without lifting extremely heavy and or risking further injury, just listen to your body Bro-Ham!!!

Yes thank you all for the advice. I will definitely start back off a little lighter and find me a round foam roller to help stretch me out. I may even look into a chiropractor for some adjustments. I have always believed in them just can't always afford them.

agreed! The chiro is so valuable, specially if they are sports specific. I am just starting to get to know my chiro. Japanese dude.

I see him about once a week. I wanna go more but I also have to eat healthy lol.

Anyway, the foam rolling is important as well ! :D
Great before the workout to get some blood in the not so primed areas :)
