Well today was interesting. Started off my evening workout pretty nice by the time I got to my cardio I got half way through it and my right calf was cramping like you wouldn't believe. I tried to ignore it as long as I could. But it got to a point were my calf was just stuck in a flexed position so I went and stretched them out. And drag me some more water. Also bumped up the weight a tad on some of the exercises.

Overall I was happy with my workout. Got about 2 1/2 miles into my jog when the cramping started. Grrrrr
Ugh. That's the problem I've been having and I drink close to 2 gallons of aqua a day.

I struggle with that as well. I normally drink water from rise to time to zzz. My biggest problem though is having to piss 20x a night. I can pee then three minutes later feel like peeing again. I've had my uro run a test and says I'm ok that because i'm over weight when i lie down the water tends to shift. But I swear there's gota be a better way then this lol.

A you can see there was some good change and some not so good change in my opinion. But it is what it is.
Damn Chevy. Thats one thing I wish I had done was measure everything. to compare. I use pics, works pretty good, but SEEING the numbers is totally different!!!
Agreed... The numbers are like X-Rays in my profession, you see the results in black and white right in front of you, pure FACT, no amount of lighting, shadowing, posing, oil, tan, what-not is going to change the FACTS!!!

If its not April, I truely believe you will achieve your goals my friend. Determined and inspiring.....keep it up!I still have given myself til April to hit my goal. Which is 200 and be approx 10%. Might be tuff but that is my goal. So I need to lose 35lbs and 16%
