Yes sir you did. This is by far the only product like this that has ever done that to me. Double thumbs up for appetite suppression.

Stim would be pretty hefty at 2 and 2 .. it lasts long enough that there would be carry over from the first dose...

Started back in the gym finally. Geez this has been driving me bonkers thee last 30+ weeks. Backed the dose down two 2 in the morning only. So far so good appetite is back. Only took a few days for it to get back to normal. Here is tonight's workout.

Started off with 15 minutes of cardio to warm up.

If you work out after work be careful that the butt does not come in contact with the chair or couch.
 
Yeah it has been proven that your ass gets much heavier once seated at home. Getting up is often just too much resistance and so there you sit all fat assed and sh!t...
 
lol seriously that was a rule for me at one time ... not sitting till I was done at the gym...
 
Yeah I work 13 hour days, if I sit down after work that's generally where I Stay....

This is exactly what I am getting away from. Of course there was other reasons I had to take the last 30+ weeks off. But yes if I get home and sit I am toast.

Tonight's workout was weak. Had not eaten all day. Busy as can be at the office. Worked from 6am to 4:30pm straight through non stop. That doesn't include the hour plus drive to and from the office. Stopped and worked out on the way home cause I knew had I come home it would have been lights out. Soon as I am done typing this I am shutting down.

As far as the PX Black it is doing the trick. Energy all day no crash, Appetite suppressant works wonders. Had to back down dosage to two per day.

Well considering my fat ass was really out of shape. I finished it in 40 minutes. I can't complain one bit. Going from not training for over 40 weeks. To in just two short weeks getting in the gym I think I did pretty damn well.

Didn't train on Thursday. got home way to late and didn't feel like doing anything. Friday I didn't train since I knew I was going to train on Saturday with friends and family.
